My husband and I took a little day trip for our anniversary. Booking.com offered a room update so we were able to reserve a suite. When we got there and checked in, we noticed that our room has not been cleaned. We went and brought it to the woman at the counter's attention and she apologized, and gave us a key to an even better room. She was very sweet. The location was great as well!

Our room had not been cleaned when we first checked in but this was fixed immediately! The eggs for breakfast was very gritty and watery but everything else was great!

One very rude lady at the desk when I checked out. Even though I use booking.com. I always get a receipt she told me no I had to get it from Booking. She turned her back and said have a nice day ma’am. When I said something she just repeated have a nice day ma’am with her back to me!! Very unprofessional!!

The property was very clean from inside to outside. we were really impressed with our room. we booked a room with two king size beds and we did not expect what we received. there was a private room which essentially made this two rooms! it worked perfect for us. There was also breakfast all morning which was convenient would recommend.

The property was very clean! a very nice swimming pool and hot tub. the best were very comfortable.

when we checked in we were assigned a room. when we went to that room and unlocked the door it was locked from the inside and someone was already in the room asleep. the situation was resolved but the front desk said that this wasn’t the 1st time it happened with a certain hotel employee.

It was a good location. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. I thought my room would be bigger with having a superior/suite. It took a while for the air conditioner to cool the room.

Breakfast was delicious something different every morning. Great location just minutes away from so much. Staff so happy and friendly. Room, building, everything nice comfortable and clean

Nice rooms Breakfast is mediocre Did not service room unless asked to on multi night stay. Had to go get towels and soap late at night from front desk after a hard day of work found dirty room.

Location and ease of access

The shower floor is dirty. And the bottom of the shower glass. You can see through the curtains in the rooms from the outside. No privacy.

Nice location--easy to get in and out of and near stores and restaurants. Large room and the building is generally quiet. Decent breakfast.

Overall fabulous, but be aware there is only one elevator and it may not be anywhere near your room. It was fine for me, but could be a problem for some. Wifi sometimes wouldn't connect which made doing work there difficult.
