clean and well maintained property. staff was friendly, courtious, and immediately available when needed. Very welcoming of pets and they have a very nice pet relief area with STOCKED pet waste bags/ disposal receptacle. The pet area has nicely maintained grass and is located in the rear of hotel so away from traffic/ main street, parking lot, noise and any distractions that may interfere with traveling pet anxieties.

Shower had less than desirable water pressure.There was excessive mineral/ calcium build up on shower head minimizing water release. the walls are a little thin and we were able to hear the TV and phone conversations from the room next door. one of the outlets on the nightstand lamp did not work, as well as one on the wall.

I always stay at La Quinta. I was glad to know that Hobbs had one. The beds were extremely comfortable. Surprisingly, so we're the pillows! Best sleep ever! Kiddos to the gentleman who worked the breakfast area. (3-27-22) There was a couple who were cursing at each other .....in front of their children and your employee had to tell the couple to stop cursing in front of the children and the guests. Thank you for hiring such caring people! I will continue my stays with La Quinta!!

I was told that check in was at 3 and we arrived shortly after. So we got our key and proceeded to the room only to find the cleaning lady still working on our room. I apologized for interrupting and came back much later. I think she felt rushed because the shower wall and hand rails were not cleaned.

Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and quick to assist when needed. We had our dog with us and we were shown where the pet relief area was, not just told where to go.

There was nothing I didn't like. I was very satisfied with my stay. A minor complaint was one outlet on the nightstand lamp did not work.

The room was clean and amazingly comfy. The staff was extremely nice in accommodating us to check in an hour early and over all best hotel in all my stays in Hobbs. Definitely be back! Appreciate that you don't charge 100 dollar deposit hidden fee all other hotels have given us. Recommended y'all to everyone

Breakfast was very acceptable.

The general lighting was poor. I have diminished vision and there was no area that I was comfortable to read in the room or do anything that required close observation. Should have had at least 1 high intensity lamp.

Motorcycle trip with friends for an overnight stay. After riding all day on a motorcycle, you're tired and want the least hassle and shortest trip to a room that's clean, quiet and has enough outlets for all my equipment. Front desk handled this well and room pleasantly surprised me by being clean, comfortable and quiet. Well done.

Breakfast was warm instead of hot and eggs were a little watery.

Very accommodating, comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious as expected. The one front desk associate I encountered was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Advertised breakfast, was told at check in there would be grab and go breakfast from 6 to 9. Went to the lobby at 7 on both days and no breakfast was available at all. Both nights there were several people outside in the parking lot drinking alcohol. Major draw back because it doesn't give a safe feeling going or coming after dark.

Facility was clean staff was friendly housekeeping was awesome the room was great location was good

I like to go to hotels where the gym and pool are accessible because I'm a disabled veteran and I try to exercise as much as possible. I sent a message prior to booking asking if the facilities were up I should have waited response because the hotel is under construction and it didn't say that on the website otherwise everything is good

Didn’t really get to have breakfast. I went down at 8:30 and there was no more waffle mix. Or sausage. Our restroom light switch would not stay on.

When I went in I had a request and they were so willing to do it as I requested..very patient with me.

That I couldn't stay longer
