they have nice staff one guy came to reset the tv for us he was very nice polite and very helpful also he wasn’t weird about anything he was so nice we even had good conversation well he was doing his thing
the lady that was at the front desk was rude and u could tell when we asked her why our tv didn’t work she was bothered the young guy was going home already and told her to reset it but she look like she had attitude so he just did it him self

On the picture it showed 3 queen beds for the i picked and the one we got only had 2 bed when I show up something not right
We love staying there but I was to happy that we could go to the swimming pool and the hot tub what a bummer what I payed for

that is was right off the Hwy
The door to the room was very hard to open. Made it difficult to go in and out of the room. Also, when we went to the free breakfast, the outside door was open, which cause flies to come into the eating area. There was no one to restock items and we had to wait for someone to come restock. Had to go to the lobby for coffee. There was none in the Breakfast area.

Didn't get to use the breakfast bar on the two days. Rooms were great!! Evening snacks hit the spot as well. Staff was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival and as we departed the facility. Housekeeping respected your privacy.
Just needed extra towels for two people, especially for two nights. Do not have a room by the laundry room, to noisy when cleaning staff arrives. Early departures were slamming doors and would wake us up.

The spa was out of order and the tv did not always work due to an issue staff aware of. Apparently wifi and direct tv were in transition

Pet friendly and the room was very clean. I didn't expect such a nice place being a pet friendly room. First time traveling with pets and would stay again. Great breakfast!
Moving cart was a little hard to control. Needs to be looked at
