The room was perfect. It's big, it's very clean, it's tastefully decorated, it has all the amenities, including a refrigerator & microwave. There were plenty of lamps for light and a big desk to work at. Fairly quiet, good temperature, and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute. I did not try the morning coffee and breakfast buffet, but I can't imagine it's much different than all the other hotels. Not why I stay there, anyway

I thought it was a little bit expensive for the location in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Everything it was so clean and comfy and the staff was super friendly the lady at the counter even let us check in early and glad she did we were so exhausted do to our drive and a funeral we were there to attend so thank you so much for letting us check in early and the breakfast was amazing if I could give a 10 star I would we will definitely be returning

Gentlemen who worked breakfast area was extremely attentive and nice. Made it more pleasurable.

Rooms were not close to each other. 1 on first floor one on third floor. Also I reserved a executive king suite but received a two queen beds. Not what I paid for. Very disappointing.

The bed and pillows were amazing. Upgrades were beautiful and convenient. Cleansiness was great.

We checked in very late because of travel for a family funeral. Wish check out could be later. Even if only upon request.

nice breakfast selection and plenty of storage in the rooms. also pet friendly on first floor.

many pet owners do not pickup after their pets so there is a lot of dog poo on the side of the hotel

Hotel was excellent. When Booking.com messed up my reservation, the staff (Jessica, in particular) went way out of their way to help us out. I will never use Booking.com again, but I am grateful for the excellent service I received from the staff

I would suggest to everyone reading this to never use Booking.com and book your stay directly to the hotel.

New facility, nice breakfast

Fire alarm at 1:20 a.m. Night clerk had a popcorn fire in microwave. Had to wake up and get in our car on the cold night.

Clean rooms, comfortable

There were 2 towels for a room booked for 4 people and when I called they said “Just come and get what you want.” After a long day of traveling I don’t want to keep leaving my room I think if 4 people have booked a room there should be 4 towels

Did not appreciate the $15 charge for booking.com. I have stayed at this hotel many times and was allowed to book direct. Also, the 7-day cancelation policy is unreasonable.
