I loved that the pictures didn’t do the actual room justice! They were so much better than expected! I especially loved how our 3 rd queen bed had its own private room without an additional cost! They had a good mini fridge as well as a microwave and the microwave actually had usb ports as well as wall plugs that was a great addition! The shower is spacious and bathroom is beautiful! Loved that we had cable tv!

I liked the breakfast, I thought it was very cool we could make our own waffles and the breakfast wasn’t bad at all, however, they advertised that you are able to take to go containers , I paid for a family of 5, yet when we went the younger staff were really rude monitoring everything we got to eat and we only took 1 serving each to go we didn’t eat and then take some so it made us a bit uncomfortable. The ladies who checked me in were absolutely a delight, it was more so the younger people that were pretty rude.

We go into the hotel later in the day and found that the staff that got us checked in were very courteous and professional. After going to the room and going to get something to eat, we went to bed in a very comfortable room. When we got up in the morning everything was going great until we went to check out. The guy that was on the desk that morning seemed to be having a bad day. He seemed to be annoyed that I came in to check out and seemed to not like that I interrupted his breakfast prep. He was gruff and kind of rude and when I gave him my room keys, he just threw them down on the desk. Then when I asked for the receipt, he printed it and just threw it on the desk in front of me instead of handing it to me. If you are going to work in this environment, you need to keep your attitude in check. We will stay here again but I will comment to the guy if I encounter him again on his behavior.

Absolutely the friendliest receptionists, both the afternoon we arrived and the morning we left! The breakfast offerings were more than we expected. The bed was very comfortable.

We had trouble with the TV. A maintenance man came immediately but we still seemed to have problems, however, it was probably just our inexperience with the remote. Regardless , we were too tired to try to figure it out and watched what little we could get before an early retirement. NO BIG DEAL!

Good location on I-40. Room was fresh and comfortable. Bed was nice.

Traveled with two dogs who are potty trained. Our boy kept trying to mark his territory in the room, about 4 times on the tiles floor. Of course we cleaned it up every time, but it is uncharacteristic for him and this was the only one of four hotels we stayed at on our road trip that he attempted that. The fact that he was trying to mark indicates to me that the room was not as clean as first appearance and there was obviously something there he felt he needed to mark that didn’t exist elsewhere.

The ladies at the reception were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was the best in our two months traveling. Biscuits and gravy, eggs scrambled and hard-boiled, toast, waffles, bakery muffins, juices, coffee machine with flavored creamers, cereal. Breakfast attendant kept the area clean. Clean rooms.

The people above us on 2nd floor walking around. Should have asked for 2nd floor as they had an elevator anyways.

The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable.

The microwave and the refrigerator were both unplugged. The TV didn't work until we wiggled wires and tightened the connections. Check in was slow because everyone seemed to arrive at once, which can't be controlled. But there was only one person to check everyone in. That can be controlled.

The location is good. The price was also very good.

I was surprised to learn from the bathroom mirror a small sticker read that sheets and bedding are only changed every three days. I find that unacceptable sleeping on sheets others have slept on is very unhygienic. Beds were very comfy till I found out I had slept on dirty sheets...

The room had lots of space to move around in, it fit all our needs, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well, large variety of food. We appreciated the free breakfast!

The pillows were a bit worn out but the bed was comfortable.

The room was nice, clean and large enough that we weren't bumping into each other to get to the bathroom. Breakfast was OK.

Check-in process was messed up due to Booking.com - single use payment problem.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Nice to have a room with 3 queen sized beds instead of 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, by the time we arrived (7:15) they had run out of a few items and the coffee was a watery mess.
