Had a pool and hit tub indoors. Room was clean. Good parking. Good breakfast. Cold AC, large TV with lots of channels. Hot water was great, lots of towels. Clean room.

Interior worn, I had to clean the air conditioner air filters on arrival. Reception hand wrote my info and CC info, not on computer, I already contacted my bank.

Very clean inside. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety to select from, and waffles were good. Should install USB ports for charging cellphones.

The dog walking area was very dirty and filled with dog poop everywhere. They need to install a poop station with poop bags and a trash can for the poop bags. Also, they should clean the dog area in the morning and evening.

The pool was down for maintenance the whole time we were there. the maintenance was scheduled but not listed on the site so we could make a choice.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Definitely if comeback to Sylver city this will be my stay hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

The only issue I had was I had to file a noise complaint in the middle of the night. But even then, the staff was amazing.

This is not budget priced and so you get a little more. I will say they need real half and half for the coffee. Coffee in morning is my get up. Real half and half please

coffee machine broke Xmas eve and no replacement y option on Xmas day. disappointing.

I had a cat with me because she was having surgery there. Was nice to have a pet friendly room The bedding was nice and soft. Had several places to eat nearby. And was quiet. The lady at the front desk was nice.

The beds were really hard for me. The smoke alarm battery started beeping around 8:30 one evening and the only person there was the front desk. They asked if I could remove the battery which I did and still was beeping, so they had me change rooms. Was kind of a pain.... The hall and at the door could have used a cleaning.
