Everything new and clean. Manager helped remedy situation where they overbooked suites and we had 5 in a room with 2 queen beds. It was supposed to have a pull out sofa. Those were given to other customers. She got us a cot.

Only two rooms with sofas. I called 4 days before to confirm our reservation. Was told we had the room with the sofa bed. We get there and it was given away. This was unacceptable. Which of my family members did you expect to sleep on the floor? My kids or my 82 year old mother. Also the pool was closed. We were expecting to be able to swim. I wasn’t told that when I confirmed. The breakfast bar is really nice, but one person trying to keep it stocked when you are overbooked is not a good idea. She couldn’t keep anything stocked. I never got a full cup of coffee. We never got pancakes. The machine is broken. And the food was always empty of most everything. The lady working was trying her best. Add more staff when you are that full. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Just suggestions!!

The location was quiet even though it wasn't that far from the highway. There were several options close by for dinner so we were able to go out and eat at a place we normally don't have access to. We had come to spend the day at Darien Lake, but discovered they were closed on the first day we were there. The staff allowed us to check-in a couple hours early since they had it available. They did some rearranging to get this to happen.

My daughter's found the breakfast lacking. They said that there was issues with the juice options as well as the food options. They said some of the items seemed rubbery like they had been reheated too often or sitting out too long.

The first room that was given to us had a smoky smell. When I informed staff, they were nice to provide me with another room.

We had requested for a 2 double beds but I couldnt choose that during booking and it asked to do that while at property. During checkin I was informed that none was available. Might have been easier if they allowed to select during booking.

the room was very clean and spacious.

I booked the room for 6 people but there was only 2 towels in the room so I had to ask for more towels which wasn’t an issue but the clerk who I spoke with was quite rude and even rolled her eyes at us. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The pool was also out of service which was one of the reasons I booked here.

The staff were friendly and the check in/out was easy. The hotel was clean.

We stayed with a group of 4 and they only provided two towels and one roll of toilet paper. Our room was also right by the highway so the traffic was a bit noisey.

Very clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and basic but perfectly fine breakfast included. Plus enormous bedrooms.

The pool was closed and the air con was not working in the gym during our stay, which was disappointing.

It was nice looking with modern remodeling and outlets for charging devices. Most receptionist were helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The shower and shower head are not likeable. Some heat in the bathroom would have been nice.

I booked two suit queen rooms but When we got to the hotel I was told I am booked only 1 queen suit room. Did not like the expectation from bookings. They said all rooms were booked. Waited and the lobby and they found us another room that was king suit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good

I didn't like the pool was closed for repairs had to go across the parking lot to swim in another hotel pool. One of the main reasons we book there was for the pool. Other than that every thing else was great.

The beds were the most comfortable beds ever! So comfortable! The room was clean and modern.

Unfortunately the pool was out of service and we were looking forward to a swim.
