Hampton Inn Brockport

Every thing, check out time was great! We were able to eat breakfast and then enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit before checking out.

We asked for an early check in as we were attending a wedding at 330. I was told to call the day of. I called at 8 am and was told 10 am. We arrived at 1230 and had to wait another hour. What was the sense of being told to call the day of. Are names not assigned when you call?

Location was perfect! (Close to SUNY Brockport) Breakfast was great (no sausage or home fries/hash browns, but everything else was good). Pool was small, which I appreciated, but some people may prefer a bigger pool. There were ladies/mens rooms at the pool, which was great!

Pool towels were way too small. Price was a bit high.

From walking into the lobby, I felt tranquility and cleanliness! The desk staff were friendly and beyond helpful. The rooms were very clean and not outdated, it was a breath of fresh air! The pool and gym amenities were great too! At breakfast the employee was so kind and helpful and the selection was more than I would have dreamed of. The housekeeper we ran into was so kind as well. Definitely a wonderful retreat!

Excellent place. Superb continental breakfast!!! Outstanding staff. If going to Niagara Falls and you don’t mind the 1 hour drive through the countryside instead of the highway take route 31 as a pleasant leisure drive.

Clean, good smell, very comfortable beds/pillows/sheets, nice layout, and was very convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. All things that I find very important in a room especially the comfort of the bed.

I have no complaints as the room was beautiful, neat, and spacious.

Convenient location. Delicious hot breakfasts. Friendly and professional staff. Spotless and well maintained facilities. Very accommodating for dogs.

Everything was perfect

The staff was very nice and made accommodations for me to arrive earlier, which was awesome, as I was dropping off my daughter at the College of Brockport and she is on the track team, and the girl that was working that day was best friends with one of my daughters track teammates which made me feel good. I know they added $50 to the room in case anything was missing or damage was done, but i stay there all the time when we visit the college, so I'm hoping the put it back on our credit card as my husband asked why did they charge you extra? - that's my only concern.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, its the guests that make lots of noise by slamming doors and everything, last time i stayed it was 3:00 in the morning and i could hear the entire family moving around, talking, etc. as if it was daytime - ugh

For the value and the service, the place was just super! The staff was helpful and accomodating.

In case you don't ask for service maybe a check in on the door for clean towels or to empty the trash?

was quarantining so had no access to any facilities or breakfast.

pricing in these COVID-19 times should have reflected quarantine guests and inability to use facilities as requirement to remain in room. Price should have been drastically reduced. I was required to stay 14 days as per my arrival in NY State was past the 3 day test opt out option

Everything is outstanding!!!!!

Beautiful decor!!!Just lovely!!!!And SAFE!!! In case of an emergency thus hotel has everything in order and organized! The staff is friendly and intelligent! I will ONLY STAY AT HAMPTON INN ESTABLISHMENTS FROM NOW ON!
