No food was available, but a range of eateries where available within 10 minutes drive. The bed was clean and comfortable and changed daily. The bathroom and toilet were clean and the towels changed daily. The TV showed a range of channels, with some Pay-per-view services. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

The air-conditioner/heater was noisy and it was impossible to eat or watch TV with it on. The pool was closed for the season whilst my friend in another hotel 2 miles away was still open,

I was grateful for the staff's gentle, kind, and helpful ways. I also needed to leave my luggage in between check-out and departure, which they were willing and able to accommodate. The location was near enough to both the university and the Jitney for a short car ride. The beach was about 3 miles away, and I comfortably walked it four times.

The price was a bit high for me, but I understand everything in the area is comparably high. I would not want them to offer less quality, as it had all I needed.

We had a last-minute stop here due to a car breakdown. This turned out to be the perfect stay! This is a sweet little motel, staffed by friendly and efficient people. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Imagine real wood furniture in a hotel these days! We didn’t use the pool but the pool area looked nice. Basically a much much cuter version of a mainstream hotel chain. Prices reflect the area.

GREAT HOTEL, PERFECT LOCATION FOR BEACHES Near all important beaches. The rooms have everything we need, and are very clean and quiet. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We would happily stay in this hotel again for a return visit. Thank you to Paola and her staff.

The room was clean and enjoyable. The pool looked very inviting. This place was close to the village so it was convienant as well. I wish I was staying longer.

The bed was too small, and when you moved around, it woke the other person up. I felt the bed was too hard.

I've stayed at the Southampton Long Island Hotel many times and it lived up to my expectations. It had a comfortable room that was quiet and very clean. The staff was very nice.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. Maintained condition very well. Loved the oak floors and cross ventilation. Good location. Great restaurant next door. Convenience.

Having to leave

Staff was super kind and the room was spotless. Bed so comfortable! Enjoyed my stay and will do so again.

I wish there had been a deadbolt on the door. I felt safe in the room of course, but it's always nice to have that added security.

The rooms were clean, very quiet, no one was ever in the pool except my mom and me with my son. There was enough grass around the pool for my kiddo to play “golf”. It is on a main road but you don’t hear anything no traffic, nothing! Also, Laura at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful and in a sincere way. We loved her. The hotel was minutes from every where we wanted to go! Coopers beach is free after 5pm, so we stayed at the pool then drove to the beach and The pool water was warm.

I didn’t like that the windows didn’t have curtains. They had really pretty white blinds but once 5:30am hit the light would start coming in. Not a huge problem expect that I had a 2 year who would normally sleep until 8 lol. I hung both our black beach towels on the blinds and that helped.

This spot did not offer breakfast. One can get coffee and doughnuts from a convenience store a five-minute walk down the road.
