The hotel appears to be newly renovated The atmosphere was very pleasant The rooms were clean I will definitely return to this location

I feel the front desk staff could of been a little more helpful/pleasant - Staff didn’t greet patrons as they came & went We stopped at the front desk twice & the staff did the bare minimum -certainly no above & beyond here - on one occasion- the staff appeared to be texting- she did not respond to a question we asked- never looked up & walked away without a response at all ?! It’s too bad b/c it is a beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at hotels in the past that cost a lot less than Troy BW - were not updated or remodeled- but the staff was amazing- I’d almost rather stay there & deal w pleasant/friendly staff

location was central. staff was accommodating. Parking for disabled was convenient. Staff was excellent. One man went to additional length to help us, obtaining fresh eggs and cooking them for us.

Breakfast lacked fresh fruit, cereal was sugared from a packet, options for anyone with health issues were slim.However as I said above, staff were exceptional in helping us. We loved the pictures of historic Troy on the walls.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Perfect location to where we wanted to be. Walking distance to RPI Approach. Has a refrigerator in the room. It’s near restaurants, which can be both a good and a bad thing.

Parking is limited on site and you have to park accross the street near Franklin Plaza. But we managed. It’s a budget hotel, and was a bit tight space for our fam. We should have gotten two rooms, but we all wanted to be together. The bed was not that comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights, it's located very near Troy center (which is not a big city). Breakfast was ok, with some hot food selection, but the variety wasn't big. It's typical 3 star hotel nothing much to comment.

My shower has been broken, of course, I didn't ask for a repair, somehow survived with a broken one. At the checkout just told them that they need to look at ti.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The facility was fantastic and clean.

The curtains in room 123 were see-through and the bigger curtains wouldn’t close. Made us uncomfortable considering it’s the ground floor

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could have been better, but it had been explained that with Covid some things were not available so we weren't expecting more. Hotel was very clean, Covid guidelines were being followed exceptionally well which helped make us feel safe about being there. Proximity to nightlife and events was walkable and easy to navigate.

The bed was a little squeaky. The room was small but still had all that we needed.

Bed was comfortable. Room has a fridge. Good breakfast. Staff is very friendly.

Lighting in the room could be brighter. Had only 2 bath towels for 4 guests. Had to request. Some soap dispensers ran low or out. Parking is limited.

Clean and comfy rooms and ways quiet. Very much a standard cookie cutter business class hotel at a decent price. Staff is friendly but there's not enough of them when it's busy. Location is really great though I'd caveat that a much nicer Marriott is a block away that is only 20 bucks more.

I'm getting sick of hotels saying they have free breakfast and then sticking out some low quality snacks and yogurt and cheap coffee. Give me back my breakfast or quit calling a 10 cent generic granola bar "breakfast".

The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was advertised that there was a complimentary hot breakfast, which was an important feature for us when we booked, but it was not available due to staffing restrictions as a result of the pandemic. I wish that this had been stated on their web-site and upon arrival; it wasn’t communicated at all.

This hotel was located in a very convenient spot on our trip. This hotel was super nice and a very clean place all around. It was just a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would choose to stay at this location again.
