Very nice location and generally good service. Very clean, updated and high end rooms. Booked two rooms and stayed four nights with family. Everyone was happy afterward.

The bar didn't have fixed hours. My wife would go down every night after the kids fall asleep to get a few drinks. But the bar had no fixed hours so last call was whenever the bar tender wanted to go home. One night, we went down at 10:30 and drank until 11pm no problem. The next night, different bar tender and we went down at 10:15 and she told us she was closing up. Other bars in walking distance though or just open up your own wine.

The staff and cleanliness really made this one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It's in close proximity to everything in Watkins Glen, you can walk to any number of bars and restaurants and even to the state park. There's a beautiful area behind the hotel where you can walk out onto a pier and a rock wall and enjoy the lake. The grounds are well kept. There's no in room coffee but they do have a coffee bar on each floor near the elevators. The room was clean and spacious with a decent sized mini refrigerator.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The pictures made it seem like you are right on the water when you're dining outside at the restaurant but in reality there is a railroad track and a parking lot before the water. Still not a bad view though.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The location is right on the lake, and there are multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. Many of the wine tours in the area have a pick up hub at the hotel as well! 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The food in the restaurant attached to the hotel was subpar. The service at the bar was great, but once we were seated it took about 30 minutes for anyone to come to our table to give us water and begin taking any orders. Two of us ordered fish that was very overcooked, but the bread and salads were great.

Free coffee, cookie and hot Chocolate. Beautiful and clean everywhere don't matter inside the Hotel or outside. Everything is well maintained. Beautiful Pool / SPA Area. Great Bar and Restaurant Area and good choice of Drinks and Food. Especially the cleaning staff made an amazing job! Love the fact they make the bed and room ready before nighttime. The Rooms are big and spacious. Beautiful Shower and Especially the Bed is sooooooooooo comfortable!! I would always come back.

The only thing I have to complain is the fact that drunk ladies outside the bar still are noisy are after 10pm . There are guests which need there sleep.

My husband I visited Harbor Hotel for an anniversary in the summer several years ago. This time we went in mid March and it was cold and snowy. Both times, we LOVED our stay at Harbor Hotel. The staff does so much to make you feel comfortable and happy. All the little touches like the turn service at night, hot chocolate bar with whipped cream and marshmallows, the fireplace to sit by and stay warm in the lobby made our stay that much more enjoyable. Some of the amazing staff we had was Madison at the desk, Bran at the bar and Sam as our waitress for breakfast We will definitely be back!

great location; comfortable and quiet room; free cookies and lemonade in the lobby every morning and afternoon were a nice touch; restaurant on site and several within walking distance; very close to Watkins Glen State Park, and within 30-45 minute drive of several other state parks, waterfalls, and other tourist attractions

would have liked another towel bar to hang up our bath towels to dry, as we reuse them as part of caring for the environment

This hotel is excellent - it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are very spacious and we had a great view of the lake. The fitness centre was excellent. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed dinner and drinks in the restaurant and bar. The complimentary tea/coffee and cookies/lemonade were a nice touch. The location is perfect right by the lake and walking distance to all the amenities in Watkins Glen as well as the state park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

It was our second trip to this beautiful hotel and we loved everything about it. Our view from our room was so pretty and we really loved having a balcony this time also. . We looked out on the pretty lake and over the beautiful grounds with the fire pits going and pretty fall scenery. The hotel room itself was so clean, comfortable, quiet , and decorated so tastefully. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub early each morning while I sipped the hotels complimentary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.in the morning hours. The staff was so amazing truly, so many to name , but Sarah at the front desk started us out feeling so welcoming right from the start. She alone already had us sold. Great location for the Seneca wine trail , we just hit one great winery after another. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinners at the hotel, with wonderful staff and service. The area in town has quaint little stores and fun restaurants as well. It was a great stay at a perfect hotel

Even though 4PM check-in was guaranteed by the front desk after we tried to check in at 3:15, our room wasn't ready until 4:15. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly on the first night of our stay and we couldn't take a shower. We told the front desk about the problem the next morning and someone came to fix it in the afternoon.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. It was wonderful! There was coffee and tea at the end of the hall near the elevators in the morning. We enjoyed the 3 fire pits outside the restaurant and gathered there with other guests. We met some interesting people. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. We ate there both nights, I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the swordfish. I also had a Caesar salad which was perfect, not too much dressing. The desserts and bread were excellent too.

The restaurant was a little understaffed but we understood. It didn't affect us much as we didn't have a tight schedule.
