Candlewood Suites Fayetteville Fort Bragg, an IHG Hotel

The property was extremely beautiful and clean. My room was just neat and organized and I like the new drawer system with the giant bins to put your items.

there was nothing that I didn’t like. In fact I plan on staying there just for the fun of it. This was a trip because I needed to be close to the airport for an early flight, but I’ll be staying there just to take a break. It was extremely affordable and just beautiful and clean. I slept so very well!

I had an emergency and arrived in the middle of the night and the staff accomodated me. I was traveling across the country from Arizona and it was incliment weather. I appreciated their understanding. I have paperwork that I needed scan to my job and the manager assisted me in that. They where awesome it decreased my level of stress and I was comfortable during my stay. During the pandemic customer service has taken a dive. Thank you for exemplifying great customer and compassion.

I loved everything except the price! I was close to my destination, the room was nice, the staff was friendly….it was just a great stay!

The Price could have been cheaper but I understand it being what it was! A free breakfast would have been nice too! Other than that it was the perfect stay!

The front desk ladies were absolutely delightful. I enjoyed speaking with them. The room was very comfortable, once we got it to cool down. I did like that there were several points of entry close to the room.

The elevator was down which it made a third floor stay difficult because of knee problems. I would also like to have access to an ice machine for a one night stay.

Amanda at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and always had a smile along with a greet when you came by. The rest of the staff acknowledged you when you walked by. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and the shower was AMAZING!! Good location.

Nothing was bad

Really wanted take bath versus shower yet tub was peeling though courtesy of front desk discount overall rate since were currently renovating

Exceeded expectation it was very nice clean smell great I love the kitchen area...The whole hotel and the rooms was very cozy the been a big surprise. Its overall I Think this a best and nicer in this area. And the plus but not last the resepton everybody who we meat a evening 9;00pm when we get there a lady was very nice and fast checking in was 1 minute...And the morning lady when we checking out she been very kind and had a cheerful personality...We enjoy are stay very much...:) :) :)

The bathroom toilet stool is too low and you have animals that stay the night should I say that way Your bathroom toilet stews are too low and you allow dogs to stay at the hotel in the rooms
