From the day I stopped in I was greeted by Karen at the front desk. All staff I repeat all staff were so fantastic with our grandkids who had some terrible tragedies recently-it was very heartwarming. The gentkeman working Sat at front desk was pleasant and my grandson kept saying how nice he was. The treasure cheat, cookies, hot coffee, cook, waitress, and housekeeping made us all feel as if we were at home there

I called around the area to find a place with a pool as a much needed rest and relax for the kids. Unfortunately the heater was broken, but didnt have the heart to tell them no. Was the only complaint we heard all weekend from others with kids that had expected a heated pool. Too late to cancel and lose all that money after you're already there

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful. The location was safe and secure. We had an adjoining room and it was very nice when traveling with lots of children.

We didn't realize that we had to pay for breakfast and our kids went down just like any other hotel and started helping themselves. It wasn't until later that we were told that was an extra cost. The hotel staff gave us a discount and did not charge us for the breakfast which was not expected, but much appreciated.

We were in town for freshman orientation at High Point University. The only direct flight to the area from our home state arrived at 830 am. By the time we got to the hotel, it was 10am. I asked for an extra early check in. The gentleman at the counter was more than accommodating. He got us a room right away and we were able to relax and freshen up before the events at the college began. Because of this, I already booked two more visits, one in Aug for move in weekend and one in Sept for family weekend. A little kindness definitely goes a long way with us! I don't remember his name but thank you again.

My room was huge which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks after a long day of driving and emptying the storage unit we had in Greensboro. Staff were so friendly. The warm cookies were the best!

I can't think of anything. We stayed one night and everything was great. I would go back again.

Here you did have I guess option to order/ continental too. The staff for bfst was nice but need a little more etiquette with waiting g on customers (not standing at the bar asking if I needed anymore coffee? Or ask a question as she is going by and really didn't pause to hear the answer kept going🤔). Needed more lighting in the room. The pillows were too soft too. Only 3 on the bed

Easy to get to from airport… quiet… nice breakfasting … updated in and out.

The Entrance road off the main road is poorly lit, as in not lit at all, and in fact I missed it completely the first time, even though I was following my gps. The property itself is well lit.

I wish breakfast was included with the stay. The rooms are forbid the price as elsewhere and they have breakfast included.

The fridge in the room did not have a freezer which I need, when i travel m, for my ice packs for my knee that I recently had replaced. The air conditioning was not very cold. I had it set to 63 and it still felt like it was 70 in the room and the bathroom vent/fan did not work.

I think this location was very nice and the breakfast was very good. We didn't learn about the hot breakfast until our last day but overall I would stay again.

The heater in the pool broke & it was to cold for the little kids to swim. Unfortunately this is what made us choose this hotel

Very nice rooms, beds, and facilities. Everything was clean.

I had not checked out yet the cleaning staff came in and cleaned the room as if I had. My daughter needed to take a shower after her cross country meet early in the morning. He ended up going into the room and letting her take a shower but the staff did not seem happy about it.

It was nice to have had availability immediately, cleanliness, staff was professional, friendly! I asked for a specific room, and floor, and they were able to accommodate. Even though I specifically asked for quiet, there were some "unruly guests" and their teenage kids that kept running up and down the stairwell! Oh, well. The view was great. Thank you,

Carpet in the rooms! I know the reason for this, but for sanitary reasons, I'm not into "public carpets"at Hotels.
