I made our reservation online at booking.com, when we arrived the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, could not understand why they wouldn't take cash. Anyway got our keys and went to check out room. OMG, the room was so small we could not even turn around called the front desk and he said that I had booked and economy room, I had printed out my reservation and told him it said nothing about economy, it didn't even have a place to hang out clothes. Anyway we went back down any gave us a Queen which was what I reserved anyway. He was very polite and apologized. Very accommodating young man. Thanks

On Saturday morning I got up to go check out the breakfast, there was another guest there who said the door was locked, so I rang the bell at the desk and this young lady came out and was very rude, said they had shut down breakfast when we still had about 45 minutes. She said it was nothing she could do, so we asked if we at least could get some coffee, she said yes, but acted like we were bothering her. Not a very pleasant person.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. There were ample TV channels, and the heating system worked well. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. It is near lots of shopping and dining. The young man at checked-in was friendly and helpful.

The wifi was a bit spotty, but I could still teach my online classes. I had to position the desk near the room entrance to get a better wifi signal (there was lagging, though). I prefer to use a business center, but this hotel's business center consists of just one desk with a computer in the lobby near the hotel entrance. The breakfast could have been better. Some breakfast items were out of stock on the second morning of our stay.

Good Value. They initially gave me the wrong price due to a computer error but corrected it without any issues and provided receipt upon request.

Breakfast was sufficient to keep me from purchasing another breakfast but lacking. Milk was expired by two days so cereal was not an option and overall few options were available. Room was visually nice overall but it did not exceed my expectation. There was rust on the shower curtail rod, rust on the vent in the bathroom, and a loose floor tile. There was a small stain on both the lamp and curtains in the room. The sheer white shade covered the window but as far as I could tell there wasn't any way to close the window off with the darker curtains. They only covered 1/3 of the available window allowing light through the room at night. Loud traffic noise surrounding the hotel especially in the early morning.

The beds were super comfy and the manager was wonderful! The location was only ten minutes from the Koury Convention Center. There was a nice breakfast selection and the facility was clean. The staff were awesome and made our stay memorable.

The hotel clerk who greeted us was very professional and polite. We had trouble with the TV losing signal and he came right up and corrected the situation for us. He was pleasant and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and you could anything you wanted on the TV.

For the price, it was hard to dislike anything. The room had a bit of a funky odor to it which might have been a pet room prior. It did look like it was in the process of a "face lift" and the exterior and interior looked to be a work in progress.

Clean and comfortable at an affordable price. It is not in central Greensboro, but downtown is easily accessable. There is a great walking/bike path very close. BBQ across the street isn't fancy, but the food was very good for a quick meal.

Coffee creamers all had sweetner. I had to use milk. I searched hard for this insignificant negative.

Staff was very friendly and very efficient and our needs. They even upgraded our room because of our child. Breakfast was served every morning and it wasn’t busy either. We were near pretty much everything so it’s a convenient location.

I live that they have remodeled it and the keep the areas clean.

This was about my 3rd or 4th time staying here and I’ve normally had no problems but my room wasn’t the cleanest as it should have been. We had brought our own cleaner bc of this exact reason and COVID. Nothing worth complaining about. All in all, I enjoyed my stay like always. Staff is always to friendly and helpful. Fav spot to just get away for a great price.

Loved the large jacuzzi tub even though it was visibly worn and repaired badly. It was clean and very large! The bed was so extra comfortable, best sleep I've gotten all trip! It's 24 hours later and I still feel rested after hours of driving too. The staff was so nice as well.

Didn't love the oddly repaired tub I wish I could explain it better but I can't. Didn't love that the breakfast was only til 9, since we're on vacation and sleeping later we're not quite up early enough to get there before 9am

I was pleasantly surprised with the pull out love seat in the room. Which was more spacious then others. Comfortable beds. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I didn't like smelling weed from next door and the sound carries also.
