It was right buy the ice cream shop my kids loved that,the beds was very comfortable,the owner was very nice

The room was nasty and the area was ghetto. There was literally lines of cocaine on the bedside table, there were dead and living bugs on the counters and walls. The company that hung around outside made you feel like you would be robbed at any minute as well as they ran around screaming to the point you could hear it inside of the room. The towels looked nasty and smelled kind of questionable as well. The headboard was broke and falling onto the bed as well as the comforter on the bed was not equipped to keep anyone warm, you may as well have covered up with a dirty paper towel. I knew when I booked for as cheaply as I did that the place would be ran down but I never expected it to be this nasty.

The only thing to like about it was the location

Customer service really need improvement, dirty hallways, dirty room...nasty room with dead roaches, TV not working, very unsafe and dirty parking lot

I like that I didn't have very far to walk to get to my room from my car.

Everything. Roaches were everywhere. There were living and dead roaches in all three rooms I looked at. There wasn't a trash can in the room. Also, the floors inside of our room had sticky stuff on it. The sink was nasty and had dead roaches in it. There were no cups or lotion. The outside looked dirty, with trash everywhere. It was sketchy-looking too. People passed out in their vehicles with the doors open.

This place needs to be considered condemned. First off, the hotel is being used for homeless people, ex-felons, drug addicts, and prostitutes, the guest stay in the front. Second, the rooms have roaches and big beetles, crawling everywhere. Third they have no hotel phones in the rooms. Rooms are very nasty, with no wi-fi. The place uses a thermos as a coffee pot, and a turned upside down water bottle for a water dispenser. Fourth when I checked out, while waiting for my ride in front of the hotel, the manager came and spoke to me very disrespectfully and rude. I was told to put my luggage in the streets. My husband was in disagreement with that. The manager started arguing with my husband and threaten him. The manager then called the police on us. Our ride finally came, where upon we booked a better hotel. There were many code violations, whereas I believe if the code enforcement inspected this place, it would be classified as condemned. This hotel should NOT be on booking.com. It is not fit for humans or animals.
