No free breakfast No wifi plugs in lamps (you have to bring your own charging plug) 40-watt bulbs made the light in the room cave-like. I had to ask for brighter bulbs. While staff was friendly, they weren’t always able to respond to requests, and just ignored me sometimes Occasional very loud talkers in the rooms next to and across the hall from me An overly long and complicated sign-in procedure involving very detailed legal language regarding cancellation and damages. Longest I’ve seen in any hotel. (You have to pay a $50 deposit plus a $2/day “service fee.”)

Dishes left in dish washer, only one shark steak knife, sparatic silverware, and dishes. No dish cloth or sponge expected something a little more together. Dated furniture, table only one chair, couldn’t have dinner or any meal there together as a couple.

It is as very convenient as it was located close to family and stores band restaurants were within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. Only a few eating and cooking utensils and dishes.

few aminities, 1 roll of toiletpaper, 1 coffee but no milk or sweetener. thought there were no dishes untill I found out they were in dishwasher, not removed and still dirty. soap was tiny.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was ideal. Beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very accommodating. The shower was perfect. Hot water and water pressure were great. So nice having a kitchen area. Very quiet.

Quality of coffee in the lobby need improvement.

As you should know, Candlewood Suites has no breakfast. I understand why with extended stay folks dominating. Shower was good to use and very safe in its design.

Parking could have been more abundant, but I don't think you can change that in this location.

The bed was very comfortable. I loved the shower head…very good water flow. Easy parking and check in/out. I liked the towels … not too plush but just right for drying quickly. Environment was quiet. Amenities in the room were more than adequate.

I had a text check in by staff just after arrival to welcome me. Staff was friendly, the property was very clean, and the room was nice. I liked having an icemaker in the refrigerator in the room and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel brand was excellent.

The pillows are like down pillows but very flat, no support. The shower water warmed, then got cold several minutes into the shower, before finally warming again. The TV was small for the room size.

What a beautiful hotel with a big, comfortable room. It was a suite with kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, ice maker. Bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. We live in a motor home, so this gave us room to stretch out.

This hotel has absolutely no soundproofing. I could hear every conversation in the hallway and next door rooms, as well as walking, stomping, crashing, and banging overhead. Pretty bad problem.
