The breakfast itself was awesome. We got in the 10 minutes before closing. The kitchen staff lady was irritated. She bumped into me twice. I guess she was upset that we came at her clean up time

Had an issue with reservation getting auto-cancelled at 0500 when I tried to check-in at 0515 despite calling several times warning them I would be checking in VERY late. Management fixed the issue, but caused a little delay/frustration. Otherwise, everything was great.

I love staying at the sleep in because of location, location, location. It's comfortable too. Love their water pressure too from the shower. Their amenities are simple yet useful.

I didn't like that the curtains, the linen, the bath mat & carpet were dingy. There was a red stain on the curtain no idea what it was. The linen whiteness is fading, the bath mat needs to be changed & the carpet is trying to hold up.

the room was clean and airy. we felt very secure. the complimentary breakfast was very good and the lovely lady setting it up did an excellent job.

The air didn’t work well. We turned it down to the lowest setting and it still didn’t get the room cool. Luckily we were there for an outside festival so we had a portable fan in the car that helped cool us down.

I would have liked to be able to get change from the front desk when I checked in for the snack machine. It only took singles.

The bed was kinda high for short ppl to try to get into. :-) I would have liked a channel guide in the room. I didn't see one.

I like the location, the room, the cost of the room was reasonable. We arrived very early in the morning and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast attendant wasn't helpful when I used the waffle maker, can't assume people know how to use it.

no ventilation in the hallway. very stuffy. when checking into the room, air conditioning was off and took a long time to cool down. as we were traveling for baseball and checked in after 8pm, we were ready to clean up and go to bed. didn’t happen because we couldn’t get comfortable. after that though, it was nice. very clean and friendly staff. I’d still recommend though
