The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. We didn't hear anyone walking down the hallway, or voices coming from other rooms, or doors closing. Unfortunately, breakfast had not started when we left the hotel the next morning to be at Wake Med Hospital by 6:15 AM. The proximity of the hotel to the hospital was great. It took us only 3 minutes to get there from the hotel.

I hadn't planned on paying $146 for a room that night, but the hotel had been highly recommended by someone who lived in the area as "a nice hotel near Wake Med Hospital". We needed a room so we wouldn't have to travel a long distance in the wee hours of the morning to be at the hospital at 6:15 AM for a scheduled surgery. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we qualified for a medical discount because of the reason for our stay. After discovering that the room had already been reserved and paid for through Booking.com we were told that we could not get the medical discount and that the transaction previously made could not be reversed. That would have been nearly a $50 savings if I had known!

Easy location, great breakfast, great bed and sheets.

We saw roaches in the bathroom and the bathroom looked clean, but smelled like urine. It seemed clean on the surface, but I could smell urine and a fowl odor everytime I flushed the toilet, like a sewer gas smell.

All of the staff was friendly. Very accommodating to extend my stay for one day when plans changed. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for a wheelchair.

Minor detail was that we could not find the switch for the light on the wardrobe so unplugged it when we went to bed. Bathroom was marginal for wheelchair but next time we will ask for walk-in shower bathroom per Manager's recommendation. Entrance to property is difficult when coming from the east.

The location was amazing even with traffic. The front desk clerk gave great recommendation for food and night life.

The breakfast was less appetizing and the pool was closed. The AC unit in my room sounded like a car without a muffler when it was on.

Clean room, friendly staff, and loved the location in proximity to the concert venue!

The property ran out of parking after the concert and we had to park in the dark culdesac behind the hotel and walk around to the front of the hotel at 1am.

security and cleanliness

the parking is terrible. large work trucks were parked in the front diagonal across 4-5 parking spaces where they should of parked in the back. causing me to have to park in the back only to find that even with my key the back door doesn’t work meaning I had to carry my bags in the dark all the way around the building alone which was not safe! also breakfast should last until atleast 10:30!

The staff was very helpful and professional. I had no issues and my room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again. From the parking lot to the lobby was very clean. I do wish they had a little more parking but other than that I have no complaints.

very clean. the staff was super friendly and extremely kind to my special needs son. He must have asked For a million hugs and shown his toy car to the staff a zillion times and every single time they happily gushed over that car for him. I have never had such a nice hotel breakfast either. Something to please all the kids and my husband.

I did not find anything to be unhappy about.

Location was a bit hard to get into sometimes because of traffic but overall very good amenities, would recommend! The housekeepers would come offer to clean my room when i was staying and i really liked that!

The location was convenient to eating restaurants and gas stations.

The carpet was too sticky. There wasn't enough lighting in the room.
