I liked the overall staff and the great service that they provide.I didn’t like the heavy flow of traffic in the area. I also didn’t like the way customers with pets chose not to clean up behind their dogs.

The property should have the dog bags stand outside for pets and mandate fines if they chose not to clean up behind their pets. Also have a greater breakfast bar.

Our room was clean. The staff was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was instant grits(buter or original flavor), granola bars, chocolate muffins and coffee was decent.

The only complaint during the visit was someone had tied a dog to a tree and it whined loudly for bout thirty minutes. Also, some kid was eating noodles and drinking soda on the steps and left his bowl of half eaten noodles and empty soda cans on the steps. Some kids was playing in the parking lot running between the cars with no regards to us trying to park. I wish they would've had some juice, milk or water and not just coffee as an option for breakfast. There was no salt or pepper packets for the instant grits. It would've been nice if fresh fruit would've bern an option.

The location and Room size and plenty towels and clean bed just comforter was Dingy and water room tub needs upgrade.

Get more staff for Housekeeping and cleaner floors in room's ....have the rooms READY AT CHECK IN ✅ NOT A MAYBE READY BUT NOT SURE... Keep property picked up from Liter. And otherwise, the clerk was Excellent 👍🏾🆗

The staff was phenomenal. Talia and Matt were absolutely amazing at the front desk. Super friendly and made sure I was comfortable my entire stay. So much so that I extended my stay multiple times.

I loved everything. The staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness of the rooms. Excellent service!

The the manger was nice and the room was nice. I like the fact that i was told i may get a discount or not charged cause i didn't get the room i asked for. But maybe that was just to get me off the phone

I didnt get the room i booked on line and i was told i would have a sleeper couch and didn't have one. I was not even offered another room just incase. But i was given attitude when i called back second time to ask why i didn't get a call back from the manager. I just wanted what i booked for not what they wanted me to have.

The property is clean, well maintained and in a nice area. The property maintenance staff are professional and treat guests with courtesy that matches a 4 star hotel. The management staff are professional and welcoming. They treat guests with respect. The only comment I would add is that I would like to see is for a "few" of the check-in staff to be more accommodating as with a 4 or 5 star hotel. A how may I help you? Let me see what I can do, goes a long way. If all of the check-in staff did this, it would be a welcomed addition to their already exceptional customer service. It would help guests feel more welcome! Giving 4 and5 star customer service in a non 4 or 5 star hotel will boost the properties demand for reservations. One last note, this property is very reasonable in price with very nice accommodations! It is as advertised, a home away from home. Very comfortable beds nice kitchen. They provide dishes and pots and pans and utensils! And, my favorite is that they are pet friendly which is a must for me. One more thing to note. When the guests are treated well. It shows by how guests interact with each other.

I am still here. Guests with pets not cleaning up after their pets around the property. Which has nothing to do with the property or staff, but the laziness of a few guests who do not clean up after their dogs. This is dangerous to the health of dog guests. I think I will offer to clean up the dog poop for the property to help and set an example to other guests. It is not up to the property to clean up after their guests dogs. That is up to the guests and is the guests responsibility.

Staff was extremely accommodating, the rooms were very clean when I got here, the value is hard to beat.

Other guests tended to be loud all day and often times pretty late into the night.
