Quality Inn & Suites

The location of this hotel is great for people who might be using it as a hub for a high-travel vacation. It's centrally located to both the Charlotte area and around High Point. We stayed here for a weekend that contained a two day soccer festival in High Point and a wedding in Albemarle and the commute from hotel to those areas was not bad. Breakfast was pretty good. Value for the money spent was great.

Pillows are super squishy and don't provide a lot of support. No extra blankets in room. Volume on TV is restricted somehow and we couldn't ever get it loud enough to be able to hear what we were watching. No card reader on vending machines.

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms had been cosmetically updated this year with new beds, bathroom countertops, tubs and tile. It also appeared to have new microwaves and refrigerators. There are some things that still need some work. The A/C unit was a little loud, as well as the bathroom exhaust fan. The I-85 side is a bit noisy but the "back" side was very quiet. The morning breakfast (which a lot of hotels have eliminated or downsized) was great. Scrambled eggs, home fries, sausages, english muffins, waffles, several dry cereals, fruit, 4 types of juice, muffins, homemade biscuits, yogurt, and of course coffee.

Road noise on the side facing I-85 was somewhat loud.

The staff were really great. They clean your room daily and they even folded my night shirt and laid it near the pillow. My TV remote was not working and they gave me a replacement immediately. Good location, clean, and good rates.

I wish they had a little more selection at breakfast but it's not bad and for the price I think they're as good as any place I've stayed in Salisbury.

The room was clean and comfortable. Some updates were evident. The staff was helpful and professional. Check-in was fast and easy.

The parking lot was small and the outside of the facility was dirty and needed attention. There were several large construction trucks parked there making it hard to maneuver. The handicapped parking area was awkward and hard to find. Several groups of men congregated outside eating and smoking. As an older female, I felt a little uncomfortable.

Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. I like all day coffee. Shower/bath in room was a pleasant surprise, it was large and had a long shelf/foot rest, great set up.

It is an older hotel and you could tell that it may need some updates but all in all it was a very nice stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable bed. The location was only approximately 10 minutes from Catawba College.

I would have liked to have used the additional space in the room for a couch. Also, I would have liked to have a microwave in the room.

Beds and bathroom were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. A large selection for breakfast was nice.

Our room had black mold and wall damage around the A/C unit. The internet is not very reliable so working from it was difficult.

Bed was super comfortable room was very clean and I am big on checking bedding it was not one stain. The bed is a very comfortable pillow top mattress almost as good as the one at my home. Had a shower cap and I know that may seem small but trust for a woman who just had her hair done and forgot one it came in handy.

The parking was not the best mainly because people were double parked. Only decaf coffee.

All staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Stay was very pleasant. The shower in my room was amazing, love the curved shower rods. Bed was comfy.

There were a couple of small cosmetic things but the price, customer service, and comfort made up for it.

Love the staff here! Vernon, Mary and Cindy are all so helpful and nice.

I don't like having to login for Wifi so often and we really would have liked to use the pool!
