The price is pretty good and there's plenty of places to have food delivered from. I stay here several times both with my bf and with friends. The bed is always super comfy and so are the pillows. The AC also works amazingly, I love a cold room while I sleep.

Breakfast isn't that great and there was a mix up with the payment the first time I stayed there. They charged me and it automatically came out but then it tried to refund me but it took 10 days so they wanted to try and charge me again for the room but I didn't have it in my account. They wanted to take the almost $200 from me and then take another almost $200 when the first was tied up in the return. Ultimately they let us stay and they kept the deposit while they waited on the return to come through so they could take the rest of their money. That was a nightmare but haven't had any problems like that since and I've stayed there close to 10 times now.

Breakfast was amazing - biscuits, eggs, grits, waffles, cereal, toast, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Hotel had a cleanliness rating of 98.0 (congratulations). My room was ultra clean, no smoke odor, very quiet hotel and close by I-85 near Lexington NC . Updated colors and bathroom, dog had a wooded area to do her business, and both gentlemen at the reception were very nice. TV worked great. Room had tea, coffee and mini maker available. Very near restaurants (Cook Out, McDonald's, etc) Hotel charge for my dog was a very reasonable $10. Will definitely stay again.

Allergy free options for breakfast would be nice. I was able to only eat an apple.

Excellent pet policy. Close to everything I needed. Lots of places to eat. It was quiet at night, over all. A good place to walk my dogs was the little country road behind the hotel. The Wi-Fi was consistent in my room. There's also lots of channels to choose from.

A dresser would have been nice, Had to use the entertainment center. I was missing light bulbs. The freezer didn't exactly work and was frosted up. There was no comfortable chair to sit in. Just a plastic dinette chair. I watched TV from bed.

Nice room, fit the bill for what I was in Lexington for. A golf tournament.

The bathroom could use a litte more attention to detail. The shower connector was loose and the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The computer chair had mud on it.

We just love the place and all of the staff they are Awesome! We have been coming here for about 3months now every week and we usually stay here 1-2 days amd never have we had 1 complaint. The rooms are newly remodeled they are super clean, look nice and smell fresh and the beds are super comfy! Amd the breakfast is one of the best of any hotel we have ever been to its absolutely delicious! Oh 1 more thing they havea really really nice swimming pool the water is crystal clear they really do a good job taking carw of this property.

It was quiet, convenient to stores and lots of restaurants. The staff were very kind and caring. When we found our room it had not been cleaned by the housekeeper yet. The front desk staff was very very swift at getting us a clean room within 2 minutes of notifying them.

Checking out, and we didn't have lightbulbs. So we took them from the previous room we had.

The breakfast was great! Really liked the shower. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the spaciousness, with plenty of room for all of our stuff.

The security measures are understandable, but sometimes they felt a little obtrusive. Would have liked 2 more chairs in the room since there were 4 of us.

Location perfect, no outside noise, no unsavory people hanging around, staff at front desk, the man had on a suit with a tie!! Very classy and made us feel right at home. The room was huge for just my husband and myself. Room itself was very clean, not sure about the sheets as the following day I had bites all over me. Shoulda used the can of Lysol I brought. Do recommend this Hotel. Well worth it just to see a desk clerk in a suit!!

Sheets could have been sterliized. I was bitten and itched all night. One of the spots got infected. There was a big space inbetween the door jam and the door where bugs and spiders could get in.

The staff were great. The rooms were reasonably priced, and were bigger than expected. There was quite a bit of outdoor noise at night, but since we were staying on the second floor, we were able to drown out the noise with the fan on the heat/ac unit. All and all we would be happy to stay here again.

The man who is in front of glasses was very rude. He treated me as if he were more than I felt as if it was racism. We stayed there three nights and he was the only one who looked at us ugly because of our physique. He would think that we are not citizens but of course we are. They should be more careful how their workers treat their customers.
