Well they put me in room 200 upstairs next to the stairs I asked the lady if they had anything available downstairs but I was too late but she switched my room out with something that was close by the stairs n the room was perfect that bed was so soft
The only thing that I didn't like was the spectrum service there was terrible we couldn't watch TV but the Wi-Fi service was strong so that was a plus and the thing that I didn't like about it was that the secure lock that's connected to the door was broken and we actually had problems with locking the bottom lock you actually had to hear it click to know that your door was locked after struggling with it but other than that loved it

Kelly and her staff are great.!! Housekeeping very nice and thorough with covid protocol. Even had my car cleaned off and wipers pulled up during a recent snowfall. Older property but maintained.
Not really anything negative to say. Near restaurants and outlet mall, fast food and gas. Great location. Older property and lots of new motels going up nearby, but a good value.

The bathroom could use an update. The pool was closed. Free Continental Breakfast hours need to be extended for people actually there on vacation and who like to sleep in.

Extra towels were not available. We had booked the room for 4 people & were provided with only 2 towels. We were told we would have to wait for housekeeping to arrive to get additional towels. We were in a schedule & had to depart before housekeeping arrived.

Great location. The room was appointed nicely and was updated. The bed was super comfortable! The concierge was friendly! The shower head was good and the hot water was right there!
The room could have been a bit cleaner...there was white powder or dust on the bathroom floor...maybe wall material...not sure.
