The hotel room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very accomodating as always. I always enoy my stay at this hotel, and my expectations are always met and sometimes exceeded. The hotel is well managed and the staff is great.

The only issue I would say is the need to pay a deposit to stay here. I always assume that when I book a room online through booking that I have already paid the price of the room. Luckily I always have plenty of money to cover the trip but those on a tighter budget should be aware. I don't have an issue paying the deposit but it would be nice if I was notified before hand.

This was my second trip staying at this hotel. The service is always exceptional and the staff really does a fantastic job. The room was spotless and the location is perfect.

There are only two things that I did not like, but they weren't enough to drag the hotel stay down. The air conditioning is cool and wonderful, but it doesn't force the air out fast enough when you first get to your room. After a trip out to eat though the room was sufficiently comfortable. The other issue to me was just a matter of personal comfort as I thought the bed was a little too firm, but my wife loved it. I prefer the perfect medium though which is unrealistic, but after a night of sleep on the bed it was perfect on my back.

The evening front desk clerk is fabulous. I am sorry to say I can't remember her name, but she is earnest and witty, which was very welcoming after a long drive. The proximity to the highway and a few food options is also great! We got back on the road in no time, which was perfect for a long road trip.

The breakfast included in the rate was better than expected. The waffle maker and microwavable breakfast biscuit sandwiches were actually much better than expected.

The beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the air-conditioning was not on when we got to the room so, it made going to sleep much less comfortable.

The front desk person that was working Saturday was very accommodating found us a room on the 1st floor

The breakfast could of been a little more complete like maybe toast or bagels

Was very surprised how nice and clean Especially for the price we paid. Bad was very comfortable which made the stay even better.

The room was clean. The TV did not work when we first arrived but the front desk came quickly to our room and fixed it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was typical, mainly waffles and cereal.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was late. Not a lot of choices for gluten free people ( but that was OK)

Convenient location, easy to find, right off I-95. The room was pleasant and very clean. Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great and I will stay anytime the pool wasn't work but I hope is work the next time
