The staff were very professional handling an issue with my booking confirmation. Between 30-45 minutes of phone calls to get the issue resolved, they were consistent in not showing any frustrations the matter. They even provided a slight nightly discount for the inconvenience.

There was a booking confirmation issue between the hotel and booking.com - even though my reservation was confirmed. Don't totally understand what happened.... but... After driving 6 hours with children and learning that there is a hiccup with your reservation in addtion to arriving at 10:30 pm with limited available rooms... you begin to panic.

The "store" was nice as we got in late and the kids wanted food there was a nice selection of frozen and canned/ boxed meals to coffee from. The kitchen in the room was well equipped, it's always nice to have the option to cook, we didn't need to use it as it was just an overnight for us.

There were no extra blankets and pillows in the room for the pull out couch and no sheet on the mattress itself, which we needed to use since we were traveling with our 3 children. When we asked the front desk for extra bedding, they told us they had no extra blankets and only 2 pillows extra.

We purposely checked in early, before our room was ready, to get our room keys since we knew it would be late before we got back. When we got back we couldn't get in the main lobby door because it was locked. We had to call the desk or walk and carry luggage to one of the end doors where we could use our room key to get in. Our room was on an upper floor so , we now had to carry luggage up the stairs or all the way back down the hall to the lobby area to find the elevator. Why not have it so the room key opens the main lobby doors when they are locked?

Very pleasant staff and front desk ladies. Location is great, room is awesome, very clean and HUGE. Has more equipment than I needed.

WIFI is bad.. don't plan on having online work meetings while you're on a trip there. However, staff did everything they can to help.

Roomy-desk is easy to work at.

Was not clear on this being an extended stay facility. Staff took care of our towels once the policy was clarified. There are signs in the room however we did not read these-suggest larger print for the signs.

Hotel was modern and tastefully decorated. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast. Would be a nice place for extended business trip. Woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

My kids found the pull out sofa bed to be a little uncomfortable.

The ONLY negative thing was that we had to wait for check-in, but only because the front desk clerk (manager?) also had to clean the rooms because of short staffing. Regardless, everything was top notch!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their Cupboard service saved me a time-consuming trip since I forgot some toiletries .

The walls were kind of thin. That was the only negative thing
