Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice room with a very homey feel - I like the Hampton Inn & Suites brand because they have carpets, nice drapes, bedspreads, it really feels comfortable. Some hotels have removed these touches for covid, but I like them. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Also theres a GREAT Japanese restaurant for take-out just across the street. Breakfast had make-your-own waffles and lots of good options. Coffee was good, too. I felt safe and happy here as a single traveler.

Easy to reach off the interstate. Nice quiet area. I believe I've stayed at this facility in the past, will stay here again
Nothing to do with the hotel but was looking forward to having dinner at the steakhouse just down the road a bit but it was closed, for sale. The nice gentleman behind the counter recommended some other restaurants down the road, a bit closer to town. I found a delicious Mexican restaurant and had a wonderful dinner there. He gave a great recommendation

We had a king suite, and it was a good sized, clean room.
The bedding for the pullout couch was not clean and we had to ask for new ones. The breakfast was mediocre - very few options compared to other Hilton Hotels.

The staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be
We booked a room for 6 adults. I assumed it was the “and suite” part of the title of the hotel. However, we arrived to TWO QUEEN BEDS. No sleeper sofa. Upon revisiting the front desk, she kindly provided a rollaway (no vacancies for other rooms), which meant we could either sleep 3 to a queen bed or 2 to a rollaway, neither of which are good options.

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, she was able to get us a room before check in, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The two ladies serving breakfast were both friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs.

Clean, quite comfortable room. I stay at Hampton almost every month and this Hampton was one of the top I've stayed at. Staff was very helpful. Also very courteous.
