North Country Inn And Suites

The room was clean. The proprietor/manager was friendly and hard working. The outside is not fancy, but functional. I didn't have the continental breakfast; choosing the recommended neighboring Dakota Farms (the "riser" breakfast) instead, which was great. Although on a Main Street, the area was quiet except for occasional sounds from the railroad yard across the street. But it wasn't bad. Location was great for me, as it was just a right, a left at the light, and 7 - 8 miles to Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park, and Bismarck is close by.

I Booked THIS Room For My Daughter & 2 of her friends B/C They ALL live in a different town & They came to Bismarck/Mandan to have a girl's night & to celebrate my Daughter's BDay but they Nor I Wanted them to drive home after they finished celebrating. After I Booked THIS hotel online & I payed for it I Wanted to call & tell the mgr. That the girls were coming from out of town & that They would be checking in Around 9:30/10 pm & the Mgr.(sorry I don't remember his name) Was So Very Friendly & Kind & He told ME. That IF Nobody was @ the Front Desk (He had Sent some of his employees home due to the weather as we had just gotten ALOT of Snow. *18+inches*The previous Day) but to tell her to just ring the bell. I don't remember if she had to do that or not But She Did Say that EVERYTHING Was Gr8 & That I Believe they ALL slept Well & that the room was PERFECT for them. They said the parking lot was cleared & they loved the location & the fact that they were able to park right in front of their room. So Thank You Nth Country Inn/Suites for Being Open at All & for the Gr8 Customer Service that you have to ME via phone & My Daughter & Her friends. I'd Most Definitely Book @ This Establishment Again :)

Really Nothing But Possibly NOT charging Extra $ for just having (3)vs. 1-2 people. The price Went Up About $10 cuz There was 3 & My Daughter prob. Could've Just let her friend crash there anyway as I Did Ask for 2 Queen Beds which I would've done Anyways even IF there were just 2 girls vs.3 & My Daughter & ME BOTH Wanted to Be (Honest). Anyways that's the ONLY thing that I DIDN'T like & Even That, WASN'T That Big of A Deal 🤗 Overall it was a Gr8 Stay & Booking Thru (Booking.com ) Made it EASY for Me to Reserve 1night Stay @THIS Hotel. We arrived late and only stayed one night. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was a good size. There is a restaurant next door that opens early. We went there for breakfast, very friendly staff. Good food!

Everything was fine. There was nothing I did not like about North Country Inn & Suites. I would recommend to the Staff and Housekeeping to audit every room to ensure the appliances and light fixtures are in working order.

Staff was great. Provided us extra supplies. Offered us breakfast, coffee, ice, ect., anytime we ran into him. The room was good size and met our needs.

Beds were not the most comfortable. Could definitely use more pillows. No travel supplies (shampoo, conditioner, ect.) Only one trash can which was in the bathroom, could have used a second trash can as we were there multiple days and did not get room service. Not a huge deal though.

the spa tub was awesome for our sore muscles! The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our TV was not hooked up correctly and wasn’t working..he came right over to assist us, and it was fixed in 5 minutes!

Wonderful nights sleep. The innkeeper was so nice. He asked what we needed and then went so far beyond to make our 1 nights stay so restful. Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room in the bathroom. GREAT PRICE besides. What more could you ask for? Give this place a try when in Mandan. Support the privately owned motels. They take pride in good, clean places to stay.

The room was bigger than expected. Cozy and comfortable. Next to the train tracks but I didn’t hear it inside the room.

The only thing was there was a bra hanging on the backside of the bathroom door that wasn’t mine but understandable how that could have been missed by the cleaning staff.

I stayed in room 101 and it had a very comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, 4 chairs, small dining table, and dressers. The bathroom was not small and had a tub/shower. Everything was very clean. Mr. Patel was gracious and accommodating, offering me free bottles of water and cups of decaf coffee. There is a gas station, restaurant, and bowling alley less than 2 blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in the Bismarck/Mandan area.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even the parking lot was impeccably clean.

The weather wasn’t good, we had to stay a extra night.

Park right by door, quiet, clean no steps, spacious. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and things to do
