Location was good. The breakfast was not bad but the food wasn't real warm. And I didn't even think to see if there was a microwave to warm it up. But was pleased.

I think the girlat the desk. Was taken aback as I was meeting my boyfriend since he lives in Cleveland I live in Columbus... that's our halfway pointto meet. When I went downstairs to let him in. She just stood there and kept staring at us. It was very uncomfortable. She was standing In the open and just stared. While we were getting ready to get on the elevator.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shower setup was great and the personal care products were excellent. the dispensing method was great too. Enough to use without all those stupid little bottles

The breakfast was just ok. The baked good selection was good but the hot entrees were mediocre at best. Good coffee though. The coffee maker in the room was a little confusing. Not having a door on the bathroom was a little weird. Not a deal breaker but strange

Everything looked great! Pool was a perfect temp! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I booked the room for a family one night getaway. Kids swam for a couple hours and had a lot of fun.

Very uncomfortable bed. I paid for two rooms. 4 out of the 5 of us had a horrible sleep, 3 had physical pains from how uncomfortable the beds were and we were so tired the next day. I’d say the quality of the mattress was as good as a blow up bed. I don’t think I would pay to sleep in a bed that uncomfortable more than one night.

Right place to stop for the night close to the highway. Slept well. room was clean and everything worked.

Breakfast was adequate. offerings were pretty standard Waffles, cereal and muffins. The little cheese omelettes were rubbery and obviously factory made. Sausage patties were mostly fat and best used as frisbees. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have lessened the prepossessed feel.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially at reception). They really want to make your stay the best! Spacious and clean rooms. I could get a late checkout (no extra charge) to brigde the time between original check out and my departure for the airport, that's highly appreciated!

Breakfast was great each morning. There was a great selection of foods. One of the guests asked if they had turkey sausage and the pantry worker went out of their way to make turkey sausage for this guest to accommodate their needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and clean.

The bed was on the firmer side. My biggest issue was the pillows. The pillows were so soft they squished down to nothing as soon as you laid on them. It made it very difficult to used them and get a good nights sleep.

we love this hotel and it’s the best in the area.

we had an issue with the air/heater in our room, to where it blew hot air and made the room super hot and took hours to cool down. and their way of fixing this was giving us a discount of basically $10/day.

Beautiful, clean and comfy room !

Unfortunately we could not use the internet service which had not been available for a few days due to a violent storm before our arrival. The person at the front desk when we arrived never informed us at the check in. At least un little notice at the front desk would have been in order. When you are a traveler that need the internet to update your route ...

Breakfast was wonderful and a quality variety. The room was a great size for my 7 family members - 2 adults and 5 kids. The staff was kind and helpful and the eating area was appealing and clean. Wish we could've stayed another night!

The temperature settings in the room were confusing and hard to figure out. It would've been great to have a cheaper price, but it was worth the value. A hot tub would've been nice, but is not necessary.

I wish I would have waited to book it as the price was almost $50 more than what it would have been had I waited. Although it was for business, I am self employed and I could have used that $50 for something else.
