Best Western Richland Inn Mansfield

We always have wonderful luck staying Best Westerns. This one was just like the others, quiet, clean, and friendly staff. When we arrived we were greeted by, Paul, who was very friendly and cared about our experience. He went over details about our King Suite Jacuzzi room so we knew where everything was in our room to enjoy ourselves. We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere quiet and clean to stay. This location definitely met our expectations! We will be staying again if ever in the area.

We needed a quiet weekend getaway to rest and recharge and this was perfect. The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with no overpowering odors and nicely maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was huge. Super friendly staff, too! Overall a great value.

The pool was not open during our stay. However, I really appreciated the staff calling earlier in the day to let us know.

Staff were very nice and breakfast very good. The jetted tub was nice but the person who checked us in, didn’t tell us where the switch was to turn on the jets.

No elevator! We are on a motorcycle and had to make several trips up stairs to the room! I should have requested a ground floor.

It’s a little more modern than some of the places in the area. It definitely needs a remodel. The staff at times seemed a little too nice and that was weird and honestly made me avoid them because they were way too eager to do anything. And if that’s the method they use in order to get the reaction that I’ve had.. it’s genius.

The hot water ran out at one point. I guess due to the capacity of guests, and everyone chose to shower at basically the same time, it made for an interesting wait while the hot water refilled. Clearly they need bigger hot water tanks.

The place was centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. Very friendly staff.

We received no house keeping to our room, even though we left a sign asking them to serve the room. No we didn't say anything.

The hotel was as described, clean, updated room with nice bed. The furniture was somewhat out of date but it was not a problem. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed for renovation. Breakfast was OK. Packaged items but fresh fruit.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful! We travel a lot throughout the year and stay at all sorts of different hotels and motels and I would stay there again.

The only down fault cannot be blamed on the hotel or staff, I would imagine since it’s a convenient location near the shops and restaurants that of course it can get very busy at certain times. But by nine o’clock it slowed down and was quite.

Right off the highway. Easy to find, close to gas stations. Staff was nice and friendly, facilities were standard. Room was clean.

Didn't see anything I didn't like, just a good stopping point for the night.

The front desk Lady "Caitlyn" was the best! She knew her job and super friendly! I could tell she genuinely enjoys people and her job! The place was very clean and everything worked (except the pool/hot tub).

The pool/hot tub was down for maintenance, bummer. I was really looking forward to using both. And some fruit and juice (there were apples) available in the morning.

It was a great location, near our destination. The manager, Paul, was super friendly and helpful. He gave us a literal list of local dining, two if which we tried & really liked. The facility was clean, quiet, and followed the covid-19 guidelines. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had an issue at check out but Paul, the manager, was great & took care of it as soon as I brought it to his attention.
