The room was spotless and huge. The included breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was good with a car- easy access to freeways and shopping centers. There are some restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were well-appointed.

It was a little loud in the morning when the people next door with kids were getting ready and leaving but I blame that on the loud people- I don't think it was acoustics or thin walls.

Everything was very clean, felt very comfortable, our room was very spacious, the breakfast was very good and even though we only stayed one night we had interactions with three different staff members and they were all very polite.

The only thing was the wait for the elevator was pretty slow each time but that is not a big problem.

The staff was amazing, nice and helpful! The rooms were big (especially for the price) and very clean, a woman came and tidied up for us and replaced towels each day. The pool was very nice and enjoyable for my kids (two 7 year olds and a 3 year old), not crowded at all and very warm considering it was chilly outside the days we were here. The breakfast was delicious and if I ever go back to columbus I will definitely be staying here again!

had housekeeping services first day; second day I thought room was clean enough so i declined everything but fresh towels. 3rd day no one stopped by at all. we had do not disturb on door from 1-3 but not in the morning. disappointing

Didn't know a machine pancake could taste good! Breakfast options were great too! Got the extra pillows & blanket we asked for within minutes of calling front desk.

Tub to slippery to use even with the seat & hand rails. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, toilet seat moved when one sat on it, pool water was cold.

When I walked in I was greeted by the staff, they were very nice & helpful. The pool was smaller but big enough for the kids to have a good time. The breakfast was buffet style, they had multiple things to chose from.

Breakfast had a good variety room was clean I was hoping the indoor pool would of been a little warmer since it was a heated pool but the rest of the family thought it was ok

Nothing that you could control but it was kinda noisy after ten pm and early in the morning we were right by the elevator so that's probably why it was a little bit noisy in the mornings

Difficulty with check-in process- initially could not find our reservation, handsoap dispenser completely empty- able to use bodywash soap from in shower dispenser, elevator very slow

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Like others have stated, the hotel was very clean and organized. The staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was nice looking and very clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, and we enjoyed it very much. We will be staying here when we come back.
