Clean and comfortable. Good bed, good shower, good TV, spacious room. Everything was really well kept. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine (but could’ve used a little change from day to day). No weed smell (which Is becoming a rare treat even in “non-smoking” hotels). All in all really liked the place.

The room I was in was on the first floor by the kitchen and it got pretty noisy in the mornings Was talking, pots and pans clanging, etc. especially when the door to the kitchen was open. There were also some noisy children in the hall one night. AC was a bit noisy and too close to the bed.

The location was great, the room was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I liked the extra large couch and desk in the room. Breakfast had lactose-free milk options, and that's always great. It was also easy to book.

The bathroom was tinier than I would've liked. It was hard to get to the toilet and shut the door at the same time. Could have been easier to deal with if it was a sliding door. The fridge also had a break in the seal and wouldn't close properly, but I let staff know and that was fine.

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. It was relatively quiet for our stay which was also quite nice. Having the T.V. and internet access helped us to unwind in the evenings, and hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Due to understaffing, we never had our room serviced in the time we were there even after placing a request. Though we ultimately didn't need it, it was difficult at times to get to the front desk for service.

An overall excellent experience. From the quick check-in to the easy check out, we enjoyed our stay. The room was large and high ceilings made it seem even more spacious. There were comfortable seating areas, a small workspace with multiple connections to the very large TV, and the usual small refrigerator and microwave. Our room was on the first floor and easily accessed by a secure outside door. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we'd seen, even considering those before the pandemic. It had a nice selection of fruit and hot oatmeal in addition to eggs, potatoes and meat.

The closet was rather small for anything other than a one-person overnight stay. The freezer section in the refrigerator was blocked by ice buildup. We didn't need the ice machine but the closest one was on the third floor.

Loved the handicap accessible room! Plenty of room to get around and the bed was incredible comfortable. The couch in the King room was great to sit and relax before heading to bed. Also loved the location as was close to plenty of places to eat, the Mall, Movies & More!

Only thing I did not like was the fact the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. For me personally, having everything in one area makes it more accessible.

The room itself was great. It was bigger than most and had a very comfortable L-shaped couch but the beds are actually very comfortable too, even though they were smaller. It was a better than average room. It was clean.

Expect some hidden fees. The dog fee is also not cheap. The room itself is very nice although the sink and mirror are not in the bathroom, which I am not a huge fan of. There is also no microwave in the room. The beds are double and not queen. Outside in the "pet" area is right next to the roads and people leave their full poop bags under the trees, on the grass, in the weeds. It's just overfilling with blue poop bags everywhere you look. There is only one place to get poop bags and it was empty, thankfully we always have our own. The trash is kind of far away which I'm assuming is why there were poop bags just tossed anywhere and everywhere. The hotel had obviously made no effort to clean it up.

We were slightly disappointed with breakfast. We had 6 breakfast vouchers and all 6 guests mentioned the same disappointment at different times. There was no coffee for most of breakfast, eggs were hard and overcooked, variety was lack luster, no milk etc...

Breakfast. We also called guest services twice and asked for additional pillows that were never brought to our room. There were no towels in the pool area and our toilet overflowed.

Close to the all the attractions like the Zoo, Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Movie theater etc. Staff were very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was pretty cleaned besides the curtains and a couple of stains on the sheets.

The room didn't have a microwave. The bathroom was weird... like the toilet and shower were basically in a storage closet very awkward and tight squeeze. Pillows were horrible.

Perfect accomodations, couldn't ask for me. Courteous staff and superb room. I loved that check out was noon and not 11. It helped us feel better about getting out on time and we left on time! Thank you! Pool was beautiful. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was really good but could have been a little better. The fruit was sour. Other than that I loved the oatmeal and craisens, scrambled eggs. Overall had a very pleasant visit.

Every staff member we engaged with was professional yet personable. We never felt even our smallest need was unimportant. Even though breakfast was limited to cooler items, we still were able to feel like we had a meal and not a snack for breakfast. The sofa pulled out into a bed and there was still enough room on the other side of the couch for a small child sleep also. We had a family of five sleep with enough room for everyone. The shower head was adjustable in pressure and tall enough for our 6’1” person to use. The outside pool looked clean although we never got to use it (our fault not the hotel’s).

The bathroom (room with shower and toilet) was extremely cramped. It was difficult to get dressed without knocking into something. The tub grout needs replaced as it is dirty and cracked. The sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The tv kept glitching so we just didn’t use it. The main door to the room is definitely not sound proof. We could hear quite a bit from the staff area that was across the hall. There was random pounding in the hall as well in the middle of the night that woke me.
