Every staff member we meet was friendly. The furniture showed obvious wear and tear like you would expect in a budget hotel, but everything was clean and layed out neatly. A clean room with a good bed and great water pressure. What more do you really need?

The one issue we had with the room was immediately checked by maintenance and the manager. Then it was quickly resolved so it was not really a problem at all. If anything, I would say that the beds were a bit too firm for me but that is just a personal preference.

The young lady from India was wonderfull her Customer service skills was exceptional .I was treated with the most respect made me fell welcome and at home.

The only thing that I didn't like was that key card didn't work on the out side door had to go around to the lobby to gain excess to my room 230 I did bring this to her attention she was so Apologetic and she she was sorry.

Easy check in. Quiet. Clean. Close to where we had to go. Easy to get in and out. Inexpensive. Handicap accessible. Close to the front door. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with nice towels

We were woke up at 4:30 by pounding on our door. They just kept pounding. Finally we asked who it was and they said the front desk and that a smoke alarm was going off. We let him in and he checked our smoke alarm. It was fine and then he left he scared us. He should have identified himself when he started pounding on the door.Also, our bed was a double bed and not a queensize bed was requested.

I love everything about this place it’s always been my favorite/go to hotel I’ve been a customer for years it’s always clean and smelling good the staff is always nice and helpful if u want privacy this is the place everyone minds they’re own and respects eachother!

bathrooms very dirty in lobby, parking lot dirty, people loud and only 1 attendant on duty. had to wait behind 9 people checking in. almost took a hour. room had dirty sofa pull out couch stained carpets and door to our room the door handle loose almost broken. even tho was non smoking people had stained cig burns on hot tub and holes on pull out sofa pillows.

Im not leaving until i sign my lease☺️ i would anyone and everyone and the Mother, Sister, Father/Brother. Its clean with wonderful amenities. Im so happy i found this place👌

People keep stealing their towels and wash clothes. They still made sure i had enough to shower daily☺️ no bugs or rodents☺️ super clean., Oh i almost forgot this is supposed to be stuff i didnt like. Well i cant think of anything i didnt like, but i can just go on and on with all thw wonderful things i like. 😁😁😁

they don't serve anything but coffee plus I also paid 100 dollar deposit and they told me if I didn't have my receipt I could not get it back even tho they have a log of all the people who paid cash

Lovely place, lovely staff. Room was huge. Jazzuzi tub was fantastic. Place was very clean.

There was a deposit we were unaware of that caught me by suprise. Franklin county residents must pay a $250 deposit. How ever we paid our deposit & there was no issues getting it back on check out. Policy is very new. Stay was definitely worth price we paid & deposit was no hassle.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a family wedding. The best that I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. The rooms were nice. Check in was a breeze. The shower doors did not close tight in 339. But that was the only issue. Highly recommend this location.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The motel was cleaned and very nice. It was in a good location too. Easy to get there.

There wasn't anything to complain bout.
