The young lady and gentleman up front is always very gracious and helo when ever they can have always been as sweet as 1 would ever believe we thank them for being so nice to us n our time of need.....

The railroad tracks where the train goes up and down at different hours of the night which isn't the front desk clerk either one of their faults cannot be helped and for some of the beds leave some or a lot to be desired some are soft some are hard but I guess it does all within which you would like I guess it depends on what you feel would do well for your night's rest they have always accommodated us in our stays though with a lot of kindness and understanding very helpful and a pleasure to speak with do our business with..please if you could change anything get the TV back with Netflix 😂 a laugh that is shared between the front desk clerks and myself and husband.... They have never had a problem coming down to check anything we told them was an issue that was very appreciated...

I enjoyed the completeness of the facilities. I also liked the cable services that were available, and the internet was very stable. The gas station across the street was well put together, and the people were not misleading about the reservation at all.

The hotel did a great job. I was not happy about the lack of facilities provided by the city such as the lack of sidewalks and lack of shelter at the bus stop. The lawn could have been mowed, but I noticed that they had that solved shortly after checkout.

Had a lot of trouble with Wi-Fi. Tried calling front desk to get the password and the phone in the room didn’t work. Went to the office and Lady in office kept giving me wrong password. Finally got correct password from another person staying out here. Once I was finally connected to the Wi-Fi the service sucked. It kept going in and out.

This time I got a really nice and clean room. It's always quiet never hear other people. The price was exceptional. Absolutely no bugs at all. No roaches/ No bed bugs.

I frequent this place a lot and my only complaint would be the rooms could be cleaned better there house keeping staff is lazy.

I was having issues with the tv and the microwave and refrigerator as soon as I called the front desk they was Johnny on the spot and got everything working.

For me I don’t think they need to improve on anything the customer service I got was outstanding

No breakfast.. And a train went by .. Id say .. Every half hr.. All thru the night as well. But.. Bonus.. They (staff) never bothered us at all. It was grate. Me and my best friends have gone back 3 times in 2 months

The WiFi didn't work

The owners are very good people will help you out alot but got to pay your room by 11am every day very quiet and I recommend if you need some where to go for 2wks until you find housing

The location is very convenient, close to a lot of stores.

There’s a pothole in the driveway that goes to Sinclair Road. That’s not the motel’s fault but you just have to be careful.

Room was clean. Train ran right behind the hotel was the only downfall.

Can't think of anything else.

nice beds for price no bed bugs and was clean. nicer than hotels in Circleville which are more expensive and full of bugs.
