The young ladies at the front desk and breakfast lady, was so kind and welcoming. Your front office manager, makes you feel like family and you dont know how much I appreciate it. My son was killed by a drunk driver on in August 7th. 2021 on 275 east bound, about a mile from the hotel and we came to put crosses there, for a memorial. It was a tough time doing that visit and your staff, made it a little easier and we will be back. Even though your front desk manager did not know about my son, she just was very kind and thoughtful and please thank her for me. All your staff was very kind and my room, oh my god. It was so clean, had no concern of dirtyness at all. The housekeeper works very hard and although she did not speak English very well, she was such a pleasure to speak with and I can tell she has a generous heart and is so kind and loves her job. I have ran hotels before, so I know how hard a job they have and never gets the credit they deserve. She was Ukranian and did not get her name, maybe Noshima? Please give her a huge thank you for us, as well. All your staff is awesome. Very clean hotel and welcoming. Keep up the GREAT work.

No complaints, we will definitely be back when in the area and highly suggest this hotel. A little pricey, but it's worth it because of friendliness and cleanliness.

Bookings.com had kind of messed up our reservation - misspelling may name - It was stressful after a long day of traveling. The hospitality staff had not done a thorough job of detailing the room - Shower soap / Shampoo dispensers were Empty - Changed linens were left on the floor Front Desk Staff was Awesome! Props to Clayton and Mr Lyons !

The room

They did not find the reservation from Booking.com in their computer at check in. I showed my confirmation email to the clerk from Booking.com. We had to pay for a room at that time again and try to check with Booking.com to see what happened. I contacted the front desk the next morning and Richard found the reservation in their computer from Booking.com. He said we would not be charged twice. When I checked my credit card account there was 2 charges for the one night. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager/book keeper who said he would take care of it. I still have 2 charges and have started a dispute thru my credit card company for the duplicate charges.

Very laid back area with restaurants and the interstate close by, only 20 mins from King’s Island! Friendly staff and the breakfast was good! Room smelt really fresh when we arrived. Nice and simple hotel!

Even though the rooms were supposed to be soundproof, we could sometimes hear doors shutting or people running down the hallway.

The staff there was exceptionally nice the rooms were comfortable and clean, Their complimentary breakfast was excellent the people who served you was very hospitable. Everything was well maintained, my experience with this hotel was excellent I give them four-star rating. I've stayed in a lot of Marriott's but this one was the best one I've ever stayed in, Even though they were busy every customer got special care and attention their drink soft drinks and other snacks were reasonably priced, not overpriced like other hotels And I highly give them kudos for having such a clean room and everything was sanitized I saw them cleaning all the time while I was there. Very well maintained. And I like the way they have a TV screen welcome you when you get to your room.

I don't have nothing I didn't like about it, maybe just a lot of kids running around but that's the parent's fault not the hotels. Everything else was great.

A nice hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

The layout of the room was a little odd. It was a suite, with a living room area and a bedroom. The king size bed almost filled the bedroom, making it a little cramped. The bathroom had a big heavy sliding door, which was very awkward to use, especially since the handle on the inside of the door was missing. The only closet was inside the bathroom. Also the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable. The accommodations were wonderfully. All we came in contact with who worked there were so friendly and very helpful. We love you all. Only one complaint, sorry. The room we stayed in had a separate, walk-in shower. The floor got very slippery and there was a tiny puddle of water by the door and sink. I slipped, but caught myself. I forgot to mention it when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay so very much. Love and God bless all of you beautiful people who made our first stay so wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and even let us check in early. The breakfast was also very good.

The hallways and elevator were extremely hot. You can tell that only the rooms were air conditioned which I thought was odd. The shower was also kind of run-down/dirty looking.

There was no meat,not everyone eats sausage gravy.Everything else was fine.

The ad said rooms were sound proof.Not true.The door was not snug to the frame and I think if they tried someone could have gotten in.The mattress was lumpy.

The staff are so friendly and nice! The hotel was centrally located to family and friends in Fairfield, Colerain, Wyoming, Mt Healthy and Loveland areas.
