It was clean, convenient. Staff pretty nice.

To much. Chlorine in the hot tub, burnt our eyes, even when we weren’t in the tub. We checked in at 3 pm, at 5 pm I had to ask for towels, only 2 in our double room, for 4 of us, they had no towel’s, so they gave me pool towels, tough to run a hotel without adequate towels. Also did not like thier deducting 100.00 for deposit out of my account. Never had that happen and we travel a lot. Stayed at the quality in Dundee the night before, they did not do that. Don’t expect to stay at the Quality Hotel in Waverly again.

Didn't care to much when got there and couldn't check it had to wait cause they was changing door locks...then they said it was 100.00 deposit which they didn't tell me bout when booking ..and then when you check out you have to wait up to 3 days to get it back on your account..and the beds could use new mattress..but other then that I would stay again for the price and location

The location was quiet, the room was clean, front desk was helpful. We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. I would probably book here again if I was passing through.

I like to sleep with the room as cold as possible and with the AC set to 61 (the lowest temp with fan on high), it still felt pretty warm in the room, closer to 70-75. Not a big deal as I’m sure not everyone sleeps the same way. The elevator was a little unsettling with a lot of shaking and spaceship noises but we just used the stairs.

Breakfast choice was okay for a grab and run deal. I respect this due to the COVID situation and very thankful that it was offered. The location was perfect in many ways. The best part was it being located by Roosters a great dining experience for me. I was able to walk over and eat whenever. They offered delivery as well. The actual site of hotel and it's amenities were awesome. We had a heated inside pool and a hot tub. Couldn't get any better than that! There were shops nearby for any type of needs, from Wal-Mart to gas stations to pharmacies all within 1 to 2 mile.

Some rowdy guests but other than that they quieted down before management had to be called.

it had a nice cool pool. I hate when the pools are so warm. The lady at the front as we registered was very accommodating to our needs. The lady at the front desk during breakfast went up and beyond to help us find things for our disabled adults that were with us. she asked how our stay was? she thanked us for coming. it was a very enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a softball tournament. Location was perfect as it was close to the park and everything we needed. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful with our questions about the area & ready to assist with any needs.

The only thing that I could mention would be the elevator and the outside doors need serviced. Elevator sounded like it would stop at any moment. A couple of the outside doors wouldn't open with the key cards. A couple of the air conditioner units dripped over the entry doors (more of a nuisance than anything else).

The room was big and the water was hot. The swimming pool and hot tub was very refreshing and the staff was friendly and made me feel like was home. The breakfast was descent. It was awesome to get coffee 24 hours a day. Parking was great and convenient.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I will stay at AmeriStay from now on.

There wasn't much offered for breakfast, but it was ok. If they added a few more variations of breakfast sandwiches, that would be nice. Overall though, we can't complain!

Nothing to really complain about, honestly. The staff, the room, the service was all great. The only thing is, the location that we stayed at advertised in hotel dining and there was none. Nor was there a bar as advertised.

Breakfast was not really good for diabetics. Maybe add hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit. Coffee pot was still dirty when we arrived.

Everything was compensated for we were given a new coffee pot. The pool was wonderful the the spa bathtub was wonderful very wonderful very clean the room was clean the bed was comfortable. It did not have as many adminities as other hotels do but it was very nice and comfortable and clean.

The staff is always amazing

The pool and hot tub were closed and that was the main reason we always choose this hotel. The maid service was lacking they came in and made the bed but did nothing else left dirty towels on bathroom floor.
