Met expectations. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Great location once we found the facility.

The staff was super friendly...the rooms nice and clean! ABSOLUTELY LOVED the mirrors in the bathroom!! A girl's dream with the soft lighting!! The beds were ok...the mattress I had is at the point of replacing but wasn't horrible. The pillows were great. The desk area between the beds was awesome! We were there for a sleep/shower trip so did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on that but it was available. But overall a definite 9.5/10

I could not get hooked into the internet but we were not going to be there that long so I didn't bother trying to get help. The hotel location was a little off the main road...we came in late evening (like 11 pm) and it looked like it wasn't a good place. But once we pulled into the hotel lots were well-lit. So no panic but maybe better signage closer to the main road. Unless we missed it... Lastly...there were plugs next to each bed above the desk area...which is great but most hotels have USB port chargers in that plug or area...they did not have the USB option...so bring your charger brick.

It was inexpensive, but the room was clean and relaxing. No frills, but good value and a breakfast to boot . Had one minor issue to call about and the staff had what I needed within a minute or two.

Exercise room was a little crowded with laundry machines, but for others that might have been away from home for days, that could be a really good thing to have. Room was a little dim.

We liked being able to have a smoking room that really wasn't that smelly :-) Yes, there were burn holes (one or two) in the sheet and duvet cover but it's a smoking room! Lol - I'd do the same, putting already burned items back, but they were definitely clean. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker and staff gave me extra real coffee :-) We were able to get 1st floor too! Close to everything

Elevator inoperable, which didn't inconvenience us, but call ahead if it's important to you. Walls in bathroom need a good wipe down Continental breakfast a little sparsely populated this day. Close to highway and truck stop which we didn't hear but not a 'scenic' location. AC super loud, but worked well.

Excellent location outside of Youngstown. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I loved it so much, I'm gonna come back one day just for a relaxing getaway. The time I spent there wasn't only for work, but it was also the vacation I needed.

Wasn't much I didn't like there. I was so comfortable.

Great location to 80...many restaurants, fast food, stores and gas stations right next door. Had Continental breakfast....plenty for anyone to have a great FREE breakfast....was very full one night and still very quiet room, heard no noise at all...clean and comfortable.

Room had a tv stand-dresser and the drawers smelled strange...so we didnt use them. Upon opening the room you could smell it. We turned the air conditioning on and the smell in the room disappeared.

It was fine for a quick get me on the road situation .the yogurt was a nice addition.the coffee was good . when we arrived very tired after a long drive my son recovering from back surgery and myself an eighty five year old woman we were treated so kindly by the lady on the desk I wish I'd gotten her name . it was just what we needed,

nothing really for a last minute choice and the price and location it fills the bill nicely.

This was one of the best staff i have ever met, they were so kind and helpful! Bipin, Pathy and everyone who worked there! The cleaning staff, everyone single one was very helpful! I spent a month, and I might book again. Thank you all for making me feel so safe and welcome!!

The front desk lady who checked is in was so welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure my elderly mother had a room closer to the entrance so she didn’t have to walk up stairs. Property was well kept and room was clean.

It was well lit and had a very friendly staff as well as everything I needed for comfort including a microwave and fridge. It was very clean as well

It is an older property but that didn’t bother me. In fact older properties often mean better pricing. That’s a win for me.
