WHERE DO I START The motel was always clean and smelled great.The breakfast that the lady's layed out was awesome if you went away hungry its your fault . The receptionists was very friendly they made you fell very comfortable and safe and my room was clean and comfortable and that king size bed was like heaven on earth I loved it. I will be back because it's hard to find a hotel as friendly as this one I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends ❤️ 💓 💕

The place looked brand new. Very clean. Nice large bathrooms, good tv watching options, comfortable beds, various pillow densities to choose from, good soaps

5am trash pick up across the parking lot sounded like they were dropping them off a building. We were on the 3rd floor and it sounded like it was right outside. A very rude awakening, indeed. The breakfast was just awful. I've eaten better breakfasts in hotels that weren't half as nice as Springhill Suites. Your breakfast game doesn't match everything else. You should be embarrassed of serving such poor food. After a few bites, we threw ours in the trash. Either serve an edible breakfast or serve no breakfast. Seriously.

I loved how spacious our room was, and the staff were all great and friendly. My kids loved the pool, and I appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs in the pool area. The location was perfect for us, right by food options and close to the zoo.

That it was close to our destination. The breakfast was good but never adequate to feed the amount of people eating

The cost. I thought the room rate was way too high for the quality and location of the hotel.

the location was perfect and within walking distance to a few different restaurants. All staff were consistently friendly, warm and helpful and the building itself was very clean. Rooms were spacious and accommodated all of my needs.

The windows we’re very thin and I could hear all outside activity very clearly as if it was open.

These folks were amazing. I told them about my wife’s allergies to fragrances (perfume/candles/incense/cleansers/sanitizers) they did a cleaning of our room using vinegar/water to remove the cleanser smells. The room was perfect. They also put us in a room that was right on the furthest edge away from the scented lounge. This made it so she could enter the room without having to go through the hotel. The door seal was good enough to block all hallway scent.

Aromatherapy is a big thing these days. They have a diffuser in the lounge that smells up the lounge and down the hallways. The door was able to block hallways scent though.

This hotel was so clean and peaceful. The front desk,cleaning,and dining room crew was nice. I had a nice view of some downtown buildings. The breakfast was good. My room was clean,spacious and comfortable.

I liked everything!

The greeting lady at the desk, who greeted us there and sent us home as well with such knowledge and hospitality. She could literally advertise for this hotel?

Although there wasn’t a big selection, we were offered scrambled eggs, sausage, and a biscuit as a “hot” breakfast alternative. Bananas and oranges were the fresh fruit offerings, and yogurt, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and cold cereal were also available. No hotcakes or waffles! :-(. Our room was spacious, including two very comfortable queen-size beds, and a nice sofa pullout for our grandson. Our bathroom was roomy and clean. My only complaint was that the shower head was difficult to adjust to my comfort setting, but everything else was very nice, and we would probably stay there again.

The size of room was comfortable for four people.

Getting the phone that the housekeeper notice the wooden tray was missing and the front deck calls me to as if I knew anything about. 😱hotel has camera anything like don’t fix in our bags.we left at 4am didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast nor drink coffee in the room. Can’t bare the thought to drink water coming from the bathroom sink. I think you kept some bottle waters next the coffee maker.
