Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City near Bricktown

The price for two nights, after tax, was about $130. That is unbeatable! We were also upgraded to a queen suite for free, and it was one of the largest rooms I've stayed in. Everything and everyone was quick, clean, easy, and hassle-free. To address previous negative reviews: on our stay, there were no issues with the elevator. It is true that the hotel is across from a bus stop and in a not-so-amazing area, but at no point did we feel uncomfortable. There weren't a bunch of people loitering around outside, and the staff and guests of the hotel were all friendly.

The only negative aspect was the breakfast. On the first morning, there was no juice at 8a. On the second morning, there was no coffee or waffles at 7a. Both days, it looked like the items were available a little later in the morning. We were able to easily walk next door to a gas station to get coffee, but no juice or coffee is a pretty big deal for a family with two young kids! Still, I would happily deal with no coffee or juice for the price we paid and room we reserved

I enjoyed my stay there, although I wasn’t actually there very long. The full-size refrigerator, stove top, and microwave were nice, and certainly bonuses for the price in which I paid. I was supposed to be there one night, but ended up needing to stay two, which was an easy process. Additionally, I had no reservations about staying two nights, either. Nice place.

The “workout” facility was definitely lacking. Basically a few cardio machines. No free weights, which was frustrating.

This location was good. It seemed to be right in the center between all of the locations we visited while we were there . My husband's father passed away and staying at this hotel made the whole experience a LOT more pleasant! The hotel staff were so kind and friendly.....whatever we needed they went above and beyond....even the cleaning lady. :) The room was clean, the pool and exercise room were nice. The only thing was the bathroom in the pool area was a little more scary because the bathroom light wouldn't come on. But the pool was nice and warm, so no big deal on the light. The breakfast was decent. We were treated very well on our extended stay, and I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone who is traveling!

Thankful for the breakfast until 10 AM. Very well stocked. The room was wonderful and the staff was very courteous when we asked for extra towels they were received quickly. The girl that checked us in was great. She was very busy when we got there but she did everything as quickly as she possible do and very friendly and helpful.

One of the rooms we had reserved did not have a hair dryer and we as a family in both rooms shared. Our family would have loved to see a Bible in the rooms. In all and all we enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

great location, clean quiet hotel. the staff was friendly, there was a little hiccup at check in but we got it resolved without much hassle. would stay again.

no coffee or juice with the complimentary breakfast :( that was the biggest disappointment. the milk was nice and cold though. could not find the channel for mtv on the television. where's my rediculousness?

It was really close to the highways so getting anywhere was quick and easy. The evening staff were very friendly.

There was a lot of people walking around and trying to get in the hotel at night. I felt like a security guard was needed on the grounds, but the staff did there best to keep everyone safe.

CLEAN, breakfast was amazing and the lady who makes it was a sweetheart and very good at her job. Would have liked an actual blanket in the room but we survived.

The hotel was great. Oklahoma isn't all that great - the city itself needs some more stuff to do.

The room was great. The Policy of no maid service because of COVID is a significant inconvenience. Especially since the President of the United States, CDC AND the Gov of Oklahoma has lifted the mandatory mask wearing. If you are so worried about your customers and staff, require your staff to get the COVID vaccine to work at your facility. Also, if you are going to cut services, then cut the price.... GREED is a deadly sin.....

The room was really pretty and the bed was comfortable. We just needed an overnight stay and the hotel is located right off the highway which was super convenient. Breakfast was grab and go, which was fine for COVID times. I have only good things to say about the hotel itself.

This hotel was full of families with kids, not that that was bad but It was loud in the halls at night for a quite a while but eventually settled down. Also, I do not recommend going next door to the gas station for a bite to eat. Very chaotic and understaffed. Jump in the car and go into Bricktown and find good eats there instead.

Its a good place for the price. I had a hard time hearing the young girl behind the counter, but she did eventually answer all of my questions without an attitude. The check in was cut and dry, I was done in less than a minute. The breakfast was actually more than I expected with all the virus stuff going around. Food was individually wrapped, but it was easily labeled and looked fresh.

I did not like that the tub had left over caulk on the shower walls, I'm assuming from new updates, that was yellow. But other than that, it was a good stay.
