The staff last night (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person and the staff member (didn’t catch his name) that attended the front desk and early breakfast (0600) was EXTREMELY nice and engaging as well as helpful. The gentleman that checked us out at 0830-0900 was also very friendly and attentive (noticed the coffee was running low from the front desk and came IMMEDIATELY over before it was even out to get me more/fresh coffee and had it ready to go (didn’t wait to brew). GREAT staff. The room/hotel overall was also very nice/clean/well kept. We’re heading this route often over the next year and may make this a reliable halfway stop.

Not a “five star”, can certainly get “fancier”, but the were zero issues with this hotel and I prefer the price range. Excellent stay for an affordable and reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again. This isn't a 5 star hotel but it's not a dump either. It's a clean reasonably well kept older hotel that is a great value if you're staying in Guthrie. It's pet friendly, has good staff and it's close to places like the Lazy E and downtown. Bonus is that they had the best pillows of any hotel I've stayed at in the last three years!

Rooms were a little musty but it was also 16 degrees outside so a little stale air was to be expected

I didn't partake on the breakfast. The location is great. Its close to the freeway but not too close.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but could use an update. I did have everything I needed like a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The towels and bedding were decent. My only complaint would be maybe a charging station close to the bed.

Came in late during the night, the desk lady was nice and friendly and we had a conversation about a vehicle parked in front. She was knowledgeable about the car which is why I mistaken her as the owner. Car ladies are a quick way to my heart, she was great.

Actually for a quick nap, there was nothing out of place or anything I didn't like. It was what I needed

If you are traveling with dogs, do not let them go over to the north side of the parking lot. It is full of sand burs I had to spend an hour and a half pulling sand burs out of my poor dogs feet legs, and butt but the front desk was very helpful and loaned me scissors to cut them out

Very nice facility, room was clean. Excellent breakfast!

Our room's air conditioner wasn't working, room 105, a nice gentleman told us he had asked to moved from that room for the same reason so don't understand why it was given out before it was fixed.

Bruce at the front desk was a standout! Recently we've stayed in Wichita, Ulysses, and Hays and none of them even come close when compared to the service Bruce provided.

I had to struggle to even come up with something to mention here.

The only complaint was the wooden blinds were very dusty. You could write on them. It's been awhile since it was done. It's an older hotel, so the was dated. Other than that it looked like the up keep was adequate.

The beds were comfy and the room was big. The shower had great water pressure. I would stay again. The price was reasonable. The staff was great.

Quiet room. The place is a bit dated but they are currently working on upgrades.

I'm sure the rooms were smoked in at one time, and that never goes away.

The location is very convenient, right off the freeway and close to food and gas options.

The TV channel selection could have been better.
