Holiday Inn always has consistent quality lodging and services, even in my former hometown. The bed was very comfy (the mattress was plush and the sheets were soft), and the shower was roomy and stayed the right temp the whole time. The service from the front desk was excellent, and the clerk was very friendly to my young sons.

The location is not easy to drive into as it's off of a weird side street, and there wasn't a very good selection of food at the breakfast bar (although it is still better than most places). This specific location also didn't have an indoor pool, which was disappointing for my sons.

Perfect location for family activities. The facilities were very clean and our room was very comfortable. Was very pleased to be on top floor, we were not disturbed by other guests noise at all.

Not much to say here. There only thing I can think of is the batteries seemed to be going out in the remote. And the trash cans in the rooms seemed small.

The staff was able to accommodate us after a mishap on the top floor. My kid was sick and a guy was smoking on the top floor so they quickly moved us next door to the people we were traveling with. 10/10 and we will be using this hotel again.

They were suppose to have a seat for me to shower and there was not one. disappointed as I have a missing leg and I received a confirmation email from booking.com saying that you all agreed to have one. So I had to climb in and out of a bathtub. Disappointing!

the breakfast was great- lots to choose from- and tasty. I loved the window in the room- the light it let in and the drapes that made it dark at night. The water in the shower was great. the beds comfy.

I think he bathroom mirror lights could be brighter- they are not my favorite for lighting. And I would love to have hot chocolate packets for breakfast.

Hot breakfast was good with many options, cinnamon rolls are great. Our room was spacious with a fridge which was convenient. The shower actually had hot water which was amazing. Room was very clean

The only complaint I have is that the hotel itself didn't have a clean smell like hotels usually do

The location was #1. The staff was great. Breakfast hit the spot.

Other guests very loud with children running on the level above me until around 2am. Keep families on the lowest level please. Then awaken at 4am with a small group of adults who were outside speaking super loud. That went on for about 30 minutes. Got crap for sleep. This is just from people in general not having a common courtesy. Hotel itself was fine.

There were not enough parking; big bus took up several spaces. There was a pizza box in the hall on the second floor from the time I checked in and was still there when I checked out.

Extremely clean hotel with very modern fixtures in the rooms. Comfortable beds and great geographic location. Breakfast was excelent Hotel far exceeded my expectations!

I have no complaints

the property was clean and well maintained. Alan at the front desk was so kind and helpful when I called to say that our checkin time would be WAY later into the night.
