My daughters loved the indoor pool and hot tub, the room was really nice and wasn't too small for my family of 4. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. This location is going thru a remodel on the outside and I think it'll look great once it's finished!! We will definitely be back and recommend them to our traveling friends and family 😉

Nothing to complain about

The frig still had food left in it from someone else’s stay and the blow dryer didn’t work. Also when I checked in the attendant made comment that my credit card was declined which made no sense since I had paid for it in advance. I never could understand why she had to enter again since my room was paid for.

My husband and I stayed in the king suite we liked the jacuzzi in the room. We did take in consideration the building was under remodel. But the staff was friendly and let yes check in early.

The room could of been a little cleaner. There was a cup in the shower with somebody already used soap.

The motel was beautiful lots of cool decorations in the lobby I thought that was awesome they offered a wide range of concession and also have vending machines on every floor the staff was excellent

The dryer on the facility was not in use because it wasn't working and the chlorine in the hot tub was so strong it's down your eyes but the pool was salt water so that was really cool less chemicals

Hot tub was down, bathrooms locked, 3rd morning not many breakfast options out, hated that the room was not sound proof even the slightest. Big crack under door felt uncomfortable i could hear my daughter in the shower when i was by the elevator.

The property was very nice, clean, modern, and good location.

The front desk clerk who worked mornings on 9-11 was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked about coffee, he barely replied and just pointed at the coffee pots. As we were leaving out the hotel, he never said a word, no “thank you for staying” or “how was your stay” … NOTHING! He never looked at me or mumbled a word until I decided to step back in the hotel and ask what his title was so I could make an accurate Review. He’s definitely a bad look for the hotel.

Clean building nice staff good breakfast

The pool. The chorine smell was so bad that it was burning eyes and throat. I never even got in the water. Just sitting watching my kids. Eyes were red and irritated.

The location was great, close to everything. Staff was friendly and great size rooms.

I hate to say anything negative because we never have a bad stay at LA Quinta. For the first time Our pillows weren't the usual super squishy comfy and breakfast was missing some things other La Quinta normally have like eggs or frosted flakes but everything else was great.

The rooms were clean, and the pool was nice for the kids, and it was open until 11. It was nice to have a 12 o'clock check out.

I rented 2 rooms and both of the toilets were not working, and the staff really couldn't do anything about it. We had to keep the lid off of the toilet and manually fill it and flush it. It would have been nice to have had breakfast available until 10.

I'm local and needed a last minute due to loss of power at my home due to storms. Check in was so smooth and fast. Front desk was so nice. Love the layout of the room and so clean. Bonus was Dove products.
