Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City

The best hotel I have ever been to! Im very picky with places I stay in. I have stayed in all types of hotels from America all the way to China. This is the best one I have seen in America, the best! It was clean, pretty, COVID-19 friendly, very affordable, the staff responded very fast and accurate, room service was fast and very well done, bathroom was remarkable (loved the lighting), ac was perfect, it was quiet, wifi was fast, bed was very comfy, parking was very roomy, it has a swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room, all well maintained and working very nicely, I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I honestly can’t name anything I didn’t like.

It felt safe and was the best looking hotel in that small area. Not directly in the city, but close enough to all attractions. There was a fence in the parking lot, so it really made us feel safe leaving our car out. One of the most modern hotels away from the city.

Hot tub wasn’t working and the pool didn’t look too clean. Besides that it was all good!

The breakfast was good and very important since my husband is a Type 1 diabetic!

Accessing services not provided by the hotel were difficult to access because of the difficulty of locating other service locations without getting on I-35 which is a nightmare if you are not familiar with the city. Wish the hotel would provide a list of eating establishments nearby that can be accessed without having to always get on I-35!

We liked the ability to have our granddaughter come stay with us. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The pool was fun. It was easy to get to.

The floor in the lobby going to the pool was really slick when it was wet. There were some communication issues with housekeeping because of the language barrier but it was resolved.

I loved how the rooms were quiet. Loved how they had a big variety for breakfast. It was fresh and hot. My family and I enjoyed ourselves in the pool and hot tub. Staff there are very friendly! Bed is very comfy. I would recommend this place to friends and to anybody that wants a great stay for an inexpensive price as well. Looking forward to returning back for another stay.

There was nothing that I disliked.

I liked the spacious room that had good lighting at the desk area. I also liked the overall cleanliness of the property, both inside and outside. I liked the friendliness of the staff throughout my stay.

The slow and inconsistent wi-fi connection was a problem, since I had to participate in several live video feeds during the visit, and had trouble connecting to the internet multiple times during the visit.

the room smelled like feet but everything was in its place and clean. The mini fridge was on but was not cold at all.

I loved the entire facility! It was so clean, smelt new & really went above and beyond our expectations! My family and I usually stay at the Hyatt, but this Hotel was closer to where my husband was doing some training classes for work. He was iffy about it due to staying at a La Quinta a few weeks ago that was gross, and the carpet just felt so nasty. As soon as we walked into the Comfort, we knew it was going to be a great facility. Loved it all! Beds were comfy, restrooms were super clean. Great Stay, definitely recommend it!

Clean and Safe.

The laundry room did not work. I spent more time walking to the next hotel than getting my issue resolved. and there was only one washer and one drier, then when I got to the next door hotel they didn’t even offer to help after a long agitated walk carried tops 30 lbs.

Very Modernized hotel, very clean, and great friendly staff.. Bed slept well, great breakfast although the specific end time of breakfast would end alot earlier than listed, but good food. Room walls are a bit thin, every morning we would hear the neighbors phone alarm going off or neighbors above walking hard .. but we managed, maneuvered and enjoyed..
