The breakfast was excellent!! The lady that's over it was soooo nice and sweet! I asked if they could fix/refill the pancake mix and she was happy to. She always had a smile and my youngest daughter was so found of her lol, even though she would hide behind my leg and still peak around to say hey to her lol. She was so sweet to my family and I! I didn't catch her name but keep doing what you're doing, you're making a day in your guest experience. Hotel was nice and fairly close to everything we did, I planned a whole itinerary for the trip. We've stayed here before it changed names a few yrs ago, but this time around it was even better. We will be back. The staff was very friendly & rooms nice!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Traveled from Kansas so we weren't familiar with area and it didn't seem the safest, but hotel Staff led us in right direction with good advice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book another stay.

The area was a little rough. People were sleeping on sidewalks and one person was doing drugs at the gas station next to hotel.

The staff was very kind. Very nice hotel. Our room could have been cleaned better though as there was splatter on the pictures and headboard... Also, the overhead light didn't work in the king bedroom. Location is close to highway and downtown, but lacks anything within walking distance worth going to. Good pool. Small gym. Will return but hope that more attention to detail is made.

1) polite staff; 2) breakfast is okay, nothing special but at least it is hot :) 3) we had a wonderful room, I think it was a king one. Big, spacious, a lot of light, nice view; 4) free parking

I guess the only disadvantage was the location, it is a bit far away from the city centre, we were waiting for the taxi for about 25 min. Plus, there is no restaurant / bar on site

Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable and spacious. The location was a short drive from things we wanted to do. Breakfast was well supplied and included proteins.

Although the location was very accessible, the surrounding area wasn't very pleasant. The location was near more of an industrial type area. You'll have to drive to get other services.

everything was nice except our door locked us inside our room.

Our door lock malfunctioned and would not open to let us OUT of our room (316). I called the front desk and they came and opened the door. About 15 mins later, it happened again. I called again, twice, and the front desk didn’t answer. I was desperate (trying to leave to attend my own mother’s graveside funeral) so I called my cousin who was in another room and she went to the desk in person. They told her to tell me to yank the handle UP instead of down. After doing that very vigorously several times, the door opened. Good thing the hotel wasn’t on fire. They should fix this door.

Breakfast was good and the location was fine!

The tv didn’t have a guide on it to show what movie or show I was watching. Only a paper guide from the hotel that showed what channel you were on! I like channel surfing and wasn’t able to! Not a huge deal but tv is part of keeping my anxiety in check! But we love holiday express!

Mike was amazing and made us feel like we were family, clean and wonderful hotel with great breakfast! Next door is hinder dem of a diner.

Location is a like close to interstate, but couldn't hear it at all.

The breakfast was amazing. When we checked in, no one helped us and we stood there for a while. However the guy that helped us was so nice. The room was fantastic.

Had to wait a while before being checked in. The lobby was completely empty of people.

The room was clean and very nice. It had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the breakfast was pretty descent for a hotel breakfast.

I didn't find anything I didn't like.
