Exceeded expectations, except as described below. Strong water in shower! Wonderful suite. Accurate and responsive thermostat. Excellent breakfast. Pool was open and being used!

Meh staff at front desk. Never showed any happiness that I was there. Never showed any eagerness to help me. Never even spoke to me until I spoke to them. TOILET PAPER was the worst I have ever experienced outside China and India. Falls apart no matter how many folds I made. HUGE error. I'd give them another try, but I do hope that changes. Add a responsive and eager staff and it would have been 10 out of 10 review.

I love the location being not to far from my Step Son, shopping and restaurants. Use to live in Midwest City area. recently moved to Tahlequah Nov. 2022. My husband and I return every 3 1/2 weeks for doctors appointments. We choose different hotels in the Quail Springs location according to which one is cheapest at the time with Booking.com. This was our second stay here. I love the staff! Rooms have a country feel. The lighting in the rooms are great. Beds are comfy. Nice free breakfast. Housekeeping is very helpful when you need extra bathroom items, plus they always greet my husband and myself with a friendly hello smile wishing us a nice day. I always feel at home here.

Hmmm! Only complaint my husband has when we stay is, “I wish they had bacon or sausage or both on weekdays. not just weekends.”

Everything was great besides a few staff members being rude. I Loved the hotel, it was clean and nice. The best part was they had a salt water pool 😁

The staff when checking in was rude. They don't tell you that they don't accept Paypal, CashApp, Venmo cards etc ... When I said " I'm sorry i didn't know" he pointed at the sign and "told me to read it" in a rude manner. I've never been to this hotel before so it's not like I'd have this information before hand and it's not information listed when booking. Also in our family we have all girls ( with long hair lol) and when I asked for a couple more shampoo & conditioners they said "no, you can't have any extras" it would've been nice to wash and detangle our hair after swimming.

It's located a little bit far from the city center but for me it's a big plus, because there is no anyone around the hotel except hotel guests. There are two parking lots: one of them in front of the hotel and another one is behind it. The parking lot behind the hotel is big enough and it has really bright illumination. Our room was quite big for that price; it has one separate room with king-size bed and one like living room with kitchenette where we had a sofa transformer. The bed room had very good blackout curtains; so, parking light or daylight will not wake you up in the morning and will not disturb your sleeping. The bathroom isn't that big but the space of it was enough for us; it has enough light and enough space for one person. There are several closets for storing clothes in the room; also, it has it's own coffee maker. Laundry is available on site in that hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, each of us had it's own breakfast. I don't know if it's vary from day to day but if you stay for one day you obviously will find something that fit you.

The only issue in that hotel is soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours fron the next to you rooms and entrance door doesn't save you from hearing sounds outside the door.

The lobby was clean and modern and the staff were quick and efficient. The breakfast was fully stocked and of good quality. The king suite was spacious and the bathroom was large and accommodating.

Our room was not particularly clean. There was dog hair on the sheets and blood/mystery substance on the bedroom door, which I cleaned off with a disinfectant wipe of my own. We had to ask for extra towels because they only gave us two. The bathtub was dirty and had calcium buildup dripping down the side wall. There were several kids on our floor running down the hallways from 10-11 at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very affordable and great location. There was a small counter with a sink in our rooms ( a great little extra bonus)

The smoke detector was hanging down and covered in plastic. The windows don't have screens and you could open them very easily. The pool was murky and chunks of the flooring was loose causing my grandson to get a small puncture wound. I took some out and put on the edge of the pool, they were there the whole weekend so not sure they even cleaned the pool area.

Super safe area. We arrived back at the hotel pretty late one night, but it didn’t feel sketch at all. The breakfast is pretty good. The room was LARGE, which was nice. We couldn’t hear a lot of noise through the walls or from the hallway. The room was clean, and the air worked great!

The bed was super firm, which I did not like, but I know that’s a preference. I still slept okay. Our shower drain did not drain properly, but since we were so busy and we didn’t want anyone in the room if we weren’t there, we just dealt with it.

The room was very clean, spacious & comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The location is in a good area.

The swimming area was disgusting, food was left and smashed by the pool. Wet towels were left and not cleaned up, the swimming pool appeared to be dirty and black stuff was float in it. One of the tables had trash left behind. I am so disappointed with the appearance of the pool area. Because we use this hotel location a lot, other then that over all the room was very clean

Very clean, had heated pool area, had a little convenience store for sncks, had breafast every morning (hot and cold), and very large rooms with couch bed. They keep the parking lot secure with lots of bright lights all over. Its in a nice part of OKC with a nice mall, lots of restaurants, and lots of nice stores.

It was right by a highway. Parking lot lights were bright but understand why they were there just wish the shades in our room worked better.

I love this hotel. I stay here several times a year when I go to the city to visit my daughter. The breakfast is usually very nice and the dining area clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I am a woman usually traveling alone and I have never felt uneasy at this hotel, even when I go out to smoke @ night. I like that they will try to accommodate any room request if they can, I like to be on the bottom floor when possible. The staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. I would AND do recommend this property to everyone.

Sometimes the front desk seems a little curt and/or distracted. Once in awhile the breakfast is a little sparse if your running toward the end of service.
