Hotel was modern and very clean...desk clerk acted a bit weird...seemed to doubt I had reservation had to show him my confirmation to prove I had made reservation ...never had a desk clerk act the way he did and was seen outside later with a lady by the dumpster by my fiancee....other than stay was awesome wish there were more of these hotels around my area and other places I travel too....price was great....could have had more towels but other than that was no complaints....

Desk clerk was kinda rude to my fiancee...fiancee ask if there was bathroom downstairs he could use while I was checking in desk clerk told him it was for guests only...I was like what the heck are we but he was even trying to say I didn't have reservations which I did.....

This is my second time here. I've always been greeted with friendly banter. The rooms have been clean. Bed super soft and comfy. Very little noise, if any. Ocassional waft of Marijuana in the hallway, but that's gonna happen when there are people in this state who smoke while driving and then walk into a place. Otherwise, the property is kept in a good condition despite area and I've been very happy both times.

Shower may need something to make it safer. Really slippery in there and I couldn't keep my balance well.

The man who checked us in was beyond helpful and amazing. I was very annoyed about the deposit of 150.00 cash we had to pay because we didn't have the money on a card, which I still think is an outrageous amount. However, it is the hotel policy and nothing he could do about it. He was professional the entire time. He deserves an award or raise. Upon our leaving in the morning, the woman at the counter was quick on checking out the room and getting our deposit back quickly so we could get to the hospital asap. Thank you to both of you. The price we paid for the room was definitely worth it and will stay there again. Hopefully, next time with enough money on the card to only pay 50.00 deposit.

We paid for the room with an online app. and still had to pay a 150.00 cash deposit. The room was clean, although outdated.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room had plenty of lights.

Problem with the shower and tub, shower head wouldn't stay on all the way, the pin that you pushed in to get the water diverted to the head wouldn't stay all the way in so pressure to the shower head was too low. Whatever they clean the tub with makes it too slick when you put water on it, this being a handicapped room makes it dangerous for a fall even getting in to sit on the shower seat. No hanging area for your clothes.

It was surprisingly good for the price. It was NOT a dump, nor a roach motel. The facilities were superb, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was fully stocked. We were beyond pleased. The water got hot quickly and ALL of it came out the shower head. The toilet flushed and there was enough toilet paper. There was an actual breakfast served that was very pleasant. Very pleased with the service!!!!! Close to a fully stocked gas station and easy access to the I-40.

Place where it was was entirely industrial, a little hard to find from the direction that we came from.

The price was right. We were staying for 2 nights in OKC but not going to be in the room very much. Really just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and shower. So price was important. The rooms are smaller than expected, but again we were fine with that. The lobby looked to have been remodeled and was very nice. Smelled clean. Staff was great! The A/C unit was older model, had a busted grate, but kept the room cold! Now the shower....the toilet and shower in the same VERY small closet like area. The shower door opened backwards, INTO the shower. So that was awkward getting the water turned on because the door blocked the shower handle. The water pressure was great and the water would scald the skin right off of you! Towels were not very soft and we only got one washcloth for 3 of us. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The room itself was clean, though it could use a deeper dusting along the floorboards. The TV remote batteries were dead, but not a big deal. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

I didn't care for the elevator not funtioning fully and the shower door being on backwards.

Breakfast was similar to most other places we've been--maybe a little better. Location was great! There was no ice machine, but she got us plenty of ice for our cooler to take to the ball games.

We were not able to find some stations on T.V.--amazingly ABC, CBS, and NBC. We wanted to watch the Women's College World Series softball games on ABC and couldn't find them.

The staff was fantastic. Super kind and very knowledgeable about the area and the facility.

Nothing specifically related to the property but the entire place smells like weed. I get it. It’s legal now. But good god. And it’s probably just the city. But the place really smelled like it. NOT THE ROOMS. And the staff kept everyone outside but it was SO STRONG.

The front desk gentleman Paul made it possible I had an issue with booking dot com. Paul walked me thru the process. as to what We can do to rectify the booking.com issue. Hotel room was clean & tidy. I liked that u have a fridge and a microwave. I liked the parking. very well lit. ...! I enjoyed my waffles in the morning....although it's not a huge spread I wasn't expecting it. it was perfect for on the go. more of an instant quick on the go type breakfast . waffles delicious....! Everyone working was polite and professional and made the stay worth while. I'm big on cleanliness. and as I walked into the room..All smiles.

let's just say I learned a few things about booking .com upon checking in. I won't make that mistake again....

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great. The staff were amazing. Any issue was resolved in a very timely manner and always with a smile. The breakfast though small was good. I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and check in was very easy. Contrary to the booking site there is not an additional charge to use the pool. Staff was super friendly and always asking I was enjoying my stay and if there was anything else they could do to make it enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I could complain about which is no fault of the hotel is the people staying above us the 2nd night were very inconsiderate, and their children or could have been adults running and stomping around until nearly 11pm.
