We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. As it was not expensive we expected a lower quality place. Tru by Hilton was everything we needed - fresh, clean, great facilities, a REAL hairdryer (fantastic), great toiletries, a good selection of foods for breakfast. Snacks and drinks and 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. We have nothing to complain about. We wish there were more like this where we are travelling.

Not a complaint, more like a suggestion: some towel rails in the bathroom would be helpful. There is plenty of room for them and it will help the towels dry more thoroughly, rather than hanging on hooks.

Breakfast was excellent, variety to choose from. Pancakes, cereal, milk, fruit juices (4kinds) , sausage links, sausage patties, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, coffee and fruits. Really good. Breakfast is from 6-10. Staff are really nice and approachable. The room is so spacious, cute and no limits for shampoos, conditioner. Towels are fresh and clean. Excellent stay!

Pool table (minus cue ball) instead of pool. Comfortable beds, decent bathroom.

No trash bags in trash cans. Morning sausage was a light shade of grey, and appeared to be under cooked. Cramped feeling at foot of the bed, as you walked to the window. No rolling office chair. Damaged furniture in room, on the table over the micro-refrigerator. Breakfast bar mentioned donuts, but instead had bagels and the old-fashioned donut.... disappointing. Also had hard-boiled eggs that tasted....very odd...almost metallic?

The breakfast was good. As soon as I walked in the place it smelled so clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was so clean, just the way I like. The location was not very you know but over all a good place.

I wouldn’t change a thing. Loved the bright colors so cheerful.

They didn't have our reservation from booking.com even though we had a confirmation number. We finally just had them give us a room. Thankfully, we didn't pay in advance. The bed was a bit firm but okay

Rueben the desk clerk was very helpful and remember me from the last time we stayed there as he referred to a really nice restaurant. The hotel is centrally located to the things we wanted to see.

Not enough parking as we went out and when we got back at around 11 pm there were no parking spaces at the hotel.

Housekeeping going around knocking too early checkout is at 11 and they starting knocking at about 7:30am

Love the friendliness of the property—from the messages on the doors to the colorful lobby. The people were great. The room was clean and very cute. The body wash smelled amazing. The breakfast was delicious!

The washcloths were real cheap and thin.

The receptionist was user friendly, helpful and we didnt have to guess where the restaurants were and the parking situation having 3 hotels side by side, ours seemed to be the most elegant and unchaotic.

Breakfast was very good. Loved the no carpet and the large shower.

Only thing for me was the smell in the room, although very nice smell of some kind of cleaner, I have bad allergies and struggled with that, but told me the room was very clean.
