There are so many great qualities for this hotel. The ambiance and decor were spot on for the town and the reason for the visit. The room was exceptional and came with a separate kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was super spacious with tons of character. The were 8+ floor to ceiling windows overlooking the town and the mercantile. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The location could not be better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in pawhuska.

The only thing that could be improved would be the temperature of the fridge. It did not seem to get very cold.

curtains were great, needed them to block the beating Sun, too! Room cleaning needs to flush toilet when done with room, all was clean except that, but that’s pretty important! refrigerator did not work, it was on but did not get chilled. I used ice bin and put it in fridge but still did not cool fridge. friendly, helpful staff! location can’t be beat, a bit quirky, but after a bit of recognizing it’s unique features, was comfortable. all the lamps in my room had issues with light bulbs out or the shades on crooked, or both. I would stay again however I would check my room first, and make sure I was paying a decent rate, not an inflated one.

I loved that they had renovated the whole place but still kept a lot of the old time feel. The while place was amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable. I could've lived there and been happy. Great job by the owners in all they did. Plus the location is perfect for the mercantile and the price was on point. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful room in historic old office building. they left the original doorways to the old offices and that adds to the charm. pretty much, each room is 3 old office spaces. rooms have huge tv with Directv and movie channels. right across street from Pioneer Woman Mercantile and all the other stores and attractions that you go to pawhuska to see!

it has "butler kitchen", meaning g fridge and sink and microwave. it would have been nice if they had some plates and utensils to eat with. the Mercantile plates are humongous amounts of food and I am sure many people have leftovers!

The size of the room was more than we expected. Location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the historic nature of the hotel was interesting.

The tv remotes, you had to use two different remotes to turn the tv off and on and to change the channels. They didn’t work all the time either. Also there could be hooks or a small table in the bathroom by the shower. You have no place to put clothes, etc.

Everything! The staff is absolutely amazing! The room was large and comfortable! The bed was extremely comfortable-more than enough pillows! Also waters in the fridge and appropriate number of towels. The room was spotless!

Air conditioning was taxed however it was a 100 degree day the day we arrived.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger than my apartment. I don't know if all the 2 queen bedded rooms looked like this, but I was blown away when I entered the room. The staff were very nice and helpfull when needed. This hotel was directly accross from the Pioneer Women's Merchantile. So we walked accross the street for breakfast. It was amazing. If I take another road trip through this part of the country, I will defiantly make it a point to stay here again.

Very spacious, bright and well appointed room. It included a microwave, small refrigerator and a kitchen table and all that made for a very relaxing stay.

We would have liked a little cafe but there were wonderful places to eat very close by and they did provide a small Keurig coffee maker with coffees and teas so it all worked out well.

Our location was incredible, we were within a block of everything we wanted to do in the city. Staff was so helpful in providing information on the local businesses and the history of the Frontier. Our room was one of the best we have ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this community.

The use of the old building was so amazing. The doors to the rooms were so neat, we loved the finishes and the concrete floors. It has such a neat feel. The staff was amazing! The location can’t be beat, it’s literally right in the middle of everything.

The parking wasn’t the best. It was really busy and you have to park about a block away unless you’re lucky enough to get a spot close to the building. We also found a lot of belongings from previous visitors in our room which made it feel just a little less clean. It was really hot in the hallways and there is only one elevator.
