GREAT customer service. We were there four nights. Saturday and Sunday my guess the hotel was full, I think there was a baseball tourny (younger kids). I noticed the staff worked together to accommodate not only the tourney but all other guests. Staff had their hands full and did a great job working together to make all guests comfortable.

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It's starting to show its age. Maybe an update? But, with that said what keeps us coming back, especially this time, was the customer service and how clean this hotel is.

The suite was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, kitchen area was nice, bathroom was amazing and everything was very clean! The breakfast biscuit w sausage was a great touch, for on the go. They offer cereal, oatmeal with all toppings, fresh fruit, juice and coffee,muffins and breads, packaged waffles and biscuits w sausage and turkey sausage biscuits.

The ac didn't get very cold. We turned it on once we got there and it actually rose 2 degrees. We called the front desk to see if they had a fan unfortunately they did not. I would suggest having one for back up. I would also suggest having drinks in the evening and maybe cookies or popcorn, for those traveling in late.

Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable. Room was a very good size. Plenty of room to walk around the beds.

Desk top lamp had no light bulb in it. A lot of light comes in from around door edges at night from the hall. Glass panel around desk rattled a lot from vibrations of walking by it.

We were informed that the breakfast was only microwaveable items and coffee, so we chose to go to a local restaurant instead. We were not lnformed upon check in that our room would not be serviced daily, so we had to ask for clean towels the next day. Had we known, it would not have been a problem, but we were not informed. We would have appreciated at least two bars of soap in the bathroom, and also two bottles of water in the refrigerator, but that was not to be. Overall, the Marriott experience was very good, but it could be improved in those small matters. Water is important, especially when the tap water is highly chlorinated.

I've put both negatives and positives in the previous statement.

Options for Breakfast was very good. My room on the 4th was very nice and clean. The parking lot and paint don't do it justice on the inside. Quiet and away from car and campus noise. Very nice hotel. I would stay there again.

The location was perfect, bed was very comfortable and room was very big. Breakfast was good enough better than many but didn't see any juice & I don't drink coffee. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Covers on bed were tucked in too low on bed, would not pull up to ones shoulders. Pillows too long & had to fluff several times during night. Had to return my TV remote 3 times in first 30 minutes because the batteries were dead & no more at front desk.

Breakfast, there was no breakfast and the day manager was rushing around trying to get things ready. We also had a problem with the door to our room, we couldn’t get the dead bolt to work, door needs to be adjusted.

Parking lot was very dangerous. Nobody cleared the ice and made for a very iffy situation. Just having someone to spread ice melt would have been great. Liability people!

Other hotels in Stillwater are worn out but this one seemed almost new. Room was large, current style. Comfortable beds and room temp which are my main concerns anywhere I stay.

This sounds petty but no honey for breakfast. I travel a lot so I brought my own though. Most places provide it nowadays.

Didn't eat breakfast so cannot rate it.

Shower leaks because of door design or installation. More of a problem for housekeeping than the guests. Not really an issue, just the only negative that I could think of.

I Had to buy my own toilet tissue. Asked the cleaning staff for some and he offered me a roll that had to have been used in another room so I just told him I will buy some. I guess staff not required to wear masks cause no one had them on.
