This hotel exceeded my expectations. While not in the heart of downtown, or directly on the river, the hotel is very accessible to all that Hood River, the Gorge, and Mt. Hood have to offer. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and well outfitted with appliances, charging ports, and hygiene supplies. The common areas were bright and clean. The fitness room was small but the equipment was high quality. The breakfast offered many more options than I expected, and all the options were available whether I came down at 6:30 am or 9:15 am. There were multiple teas and good strong coffee available all day. I didn't use the pool, but families definitely seemed to be enjoying it. For the price, it would be hard to beat this experience.

Fair but not excellent breakfast options, generally a very clean environment, good location for the town and surrounding area, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and jacuzzi, clean and well appointed room with newer bathroom.

Perhaps booking.coms fault but my reservation was under a strange combination of my first and middle names which took a moment to figure out but the staff were patient and polite in doing so. Shower soaps were empty when I arrived and never refilled. Thin doors and loud children intruded on my peace and quiet a little.

We were very pleased with the customer service when we checked in and when we were leaving. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful with everyone that was there eating. Best hotel / motel stay we have ever had!

We honestly feel that there was nothing that was lacking. We did not participate in any extras while we were there.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Really liked there was a walk-in shower.

Not enough towels or even a bath mat, also shower door was stiff and hard to open/close. Pancake maker was out of service, in breakfast nook. Not pet friendly.

The hotel was a little to far from the river to walk to it, and I hate using booking.com because of all the restrictions and fine print in their reservation process. If I book directly with the hotel I can cancel and change easily and get points for staying.

Hotel appears to be a newer facility. Our room was huge for two people. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had numerous hot and cold items to fit most diets.

With very limited options for the weekend I stayed there, it was a little more expensive than I usually pay. However, the facility was nice.

Good variety of food available and well prepared. There was help available if needed and the facility area was very clean. I appreciate the friendly service!

There was a slight odor in the shower stall area. We could smell it when we first walked in. By the end of the night we didn't notice it.

At first the hotel said they couldn't give me the 2 queen bed room that I booked but after some discussion they found me a room with 2 queen beds.

Pool mechanical room was making a loud alarm sound that they couldn't turn off. It made it impossible to use the pool.

New & good design. Linens were soft & high end.

First impression walking into location was a very curt clerk suggesting people wait for the next clerk on duty. I also asked if there was a baggage cart available and her response was condescending.

Located in Hood River. Clean and remodeled, hot tub, and free breakfast.

The tub needed to be snaked as it backed up and the shower didn’t provide much pressure and was spraying out the side. There was also a lot of construction going on.
