Very clean, great staff. I dont like the auto-light feature in the bathroom. When my spouse got up in the middle of the light it woke me up every time. Very irritating.

I appreciate a little breakfast and for a continental breakfast it was fine. Would be great if there could have been some yogurt or hard boiled egga. But you're right...that's a little more than most continental bkfsts. I must commend you on thw coffee--I'm picky and it was decent which, outside of a true coffee shop is high praise for me.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and has comfortable beds. It has a small gym and a nice view of the countryside.

This hotel is off the beaten path away from everything with the exception of the small Pendleton airport. The desk clark was extremely slow so folks were waiting in line and so it took about 30 minutes to check in. Also, breakfast was truly continental - mostly junk food items thrown up onto the counter in the bar. Help yourself, and clean up after yourself though the garbage can was overflowing.

I really like the location of this hotel because it's away from I84 so you don't have to listen to the traffic all night. It's also away from downtown so you don't have to worry about a lot of people.

The doors to individual rooms slam shut very loudly, which was jarring in the middle of the night. I also wish there was a way to get the fan to stay on continuously to help with some background noise, although this wasn't a huge problem since I used my phone for white noise.

it was so clean! the carts to assist moving things in and out was super helpful and you never see that anymore. the free refreshments and snacks is a great touch! we had breakfast while there and it was all delicious! The beds and linens and pillows!!! Oh my gosh I have not slept that good in a long time ! You get such quality for an affordable rate !

wish there was a pool or some kind of amenity but wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Everything was clean and new. Staff was super.nice. the room design is simple (in a very positive way), light colors, good furniture, etc, making the stay relaxing. The view was very nice and we walked to the airport to take our plane to Portland. The check in and check out was quick and easy.

The way the doors close can be improved since many guest weren't considered and slam the front door when they leave and arrive to their room.

The location seemed odd--in the middle of nowhere but I guess since the airport is close by it makes sense?? It looks like it's a new hotel so everything had that new shine to it. The bed was comfortable. The room clean.

Perhaps adding a light in the corner where the reading chair in. Otherwise it's a dark corner.

The hotel was very nice and clean with a lovely bed. The staff was very accommodating!

I understood that there was a restaurant for breakfast. We were there for Labor Day weekend, and the restaurant was not open for breakfast. Only thong available was the coffee station..

it’s a new property, I think 2 months open she said, so stuff was backordered, such as coffee😳 the restaurant wasn’t open yet, but they made coffee in the morning for us, just coffee pots but no coffee for rooms yet!

Beautiful facilities, nice size room. Far enough from the freeway it was very quiet. They have a restaurant and lounge on site. Bed was very comfortable.

I thought it a bit over priced for the area and was disappointed that it was only a continental breakfast in the restaurant in the morning.

There was no breakfast. There was a dining area that was open at 12 for lunch.

The only thing that was missing for me was breakfast. For the price, I felt that should have been included. Staff was friendly, the facility was clean.
