Nice clean hotel. Bed was comfortable.. the room was clean, nice bathroom.

At the elevator there were food crumbs and pretzels on the floor when we went in and when we left. I did not like the breakfast. The prepacked sandwiches were soggy. Heard others complaining. Not a good breakfast! Quiche was also rather wet The coffee situation was bad. Only bold coffee. Many people do not drink bold but want their coffee. Garbage container in front of the coffee. That made it hard ro get to. Never saw a worse coffee situation in a hotel. The entire coffee station needs to change. The space is small and not enough of people can get to it. Not to mention the dumb garbage container position! Also, only bold coffee in the room. Who thinks of these things. Someone who only likes bold coffee I guess!!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were nice and overall the Hotel looked clean

The bed was too soft. The breakfast was extremely bad. You could taste the powder in the eggs. The bacon was not cooked all the way and for some reason, the waffle mixture got stuck in the waffle iron (Indicating too hot)

the beds were comfortable and the room clean. everything in working order. breakfast selection was great and the lady running the buffet is lovely and efficient. the fitness rom is well equipped.

Maybe some hand cream and we only had two tissues in the box in the bathtub.

I liked the friendliness of the staff during our stay and I also enjoyed how big the rooms were (they were bigger than most). It was close to the fairgrounds (was there for the Ford show) so it was very easy to get to where we were going. It was also only a 45 minute drive to Hershey so we did a day to tour there as well. I would definitely consider staying here again. I was significantly cheaper than the other option I saw and was worried, but I was surprised when I checked in. I did not feel as if I was getting less even though I paid much less than the original hotel nearby that I had reserved.

The grab and go breakfast could have been better (not much in the way of fruit options). It was granola bars, cereal, and instant oatmeal. There was also some things in a mini fridge like Jimmy Dean microwave biscuits and one type of yogurt. So not terrible, but I would have loved some fresher options (unfortunately we never ate breakfast because of that and there were not many restaurants around to find breakfast either). There are also not many outlets in the room (and no usb outlets). Although this did not pose too much of a problem, it was hard to find places to work as I had to work some and my daughter was doing some schooling online during our trip. Just make sure to pack your blocks and perhaps a small power strip in case you will need your electronics.

The location was perfect. The room was clean, and the check-in staff person was very friendly. There were not any issues with our stay.

Although it was probably due to Covid, a few more hot breakfast options would have been nice. Overall, the breakfast was pleasant.

Staff was friendly and happy. My room was clean and what I booked.

Pool was very small only 4ft deep so I did not use it and not much gym equipment. It appears to be more of a travel hotel not vacation area.

Breakfast was great the staff worked very hard to keep up with all the people coming in at once.

I don’t like how the hotels in the area take advantage of the people going to the car show and raise the prices!

Very convenient location and everything was clean and the beds were particularly comfortable! We have stayed here before and will do so again. We come here now for swim meets.

Location was great, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good considering Covid restrictions.

Checking person gave us a room that was not what we paid for. Didn’t notice until we entered an d we were so tired we didn’t complain. She gave us a smaller queen room when we paid for a king with a sofa. The room door had issues with the deadbolt. There were no directions about breakfast given and if I hadn’t asked, we would have thought hot coffee was all there was.
